I feel that Ihave been unfairly treated…
I feel that Ihave been unfairly treated by RAC Insurance over allegedly not disclosing an earlier insurance claim, which then added £132 to my cover payment. However, I did include details of the no-fault claim on my application, submitted through a comparison web site and this was presumably the basis of the RAC quote, which I accepted. I think it is totally unfair to say that I did not declare the claim. It is impossible to talk to anyone at RAC to discuss this matter.

Not happy one bit!
Not happy with adding on extras it should come with the policy. I also added my Daughter as an extra driver and she put down her accident I saw her put it in online we went ahead with the policy and then we got an email saying it wasnt included and accusing her of not putting it down when I saw her do it, you have now charged me an extra £98 to keep her on the policy when she had already filled it out, but on the documents it says she didn't declare but i saw her declare it. So there is something wrong with you system and im not happy about it. But its too late now to back out as I need the insurance! Not happy one bit!
