Loyalty is obviously a weakness.
Why is it that when I questioned my renewal quote and pointed out that there was no change in my circumstances and that I had not made a claim I was immediately quoted a lower premium.
Frankly it annoyed me that I had to haggle with you to get a more reasonable quote.

Happy with RAC
