I spoke with Adam Khalili and Rachel over the phone, and they were both absolutely fantastic—very welcoming, professional, and helpful with all my questions. Id like to leave a review with regard to Onesures breakdown cover. It failed me miserably. First call out a tow truck arrived but with no tools, asked if i had spanners. The second time rang Onesure using work phone whilst broken down Lidl carpark. I didn't have breakdown number to hand , telephoned Onesure using work phone but they refused to give me number for breakdown company. Cost me £15 in taxi to car spares to buy new battery , also had to pay for tools to replace battery myself. Yet on their system it says I was given number?. Evidence is there, I wasn't able to call out breakdown for help !. Don't take out Onesures breakdown cover which does cost a premium compared to mainstream breakdown cover. I was failed miserably on two occasions and definitely wouldn't renew pixy with them again .

This is within an email sent this morning.
It notes that One Sure will need thier Legal department to look over it as it is sent as your right to Reply.
On the 13/6/2022 you miss sold me a Trade policy by advising I could insure 5 Vehicles at once on the policy then taking money from me under false pretences the payment of £2662.43
The next day 14/6/2022 after taking my money the day before, your company advised I had only 2 cars allowed on my policy and had used Google Earth to check storage Space at my Property. (Something that should of been done before payment and the promise of 5 Vehicles)
There for you miss sold me a policy with lies on the 13/6/2022
Upon taking out the Policy, the day before I had cancelled both my personnal vehicles Insurances and added them to the Traders Policy as I was Advised to do before payment on the 13/6/2022.
Both my vehicles together were only £40 a month.
Therefore Not only did you miss sell me a policy by lieing but you also caused me a great loss as I had paid £2662.43 to now be told i could only Insure 2 cars that had cost me only £480 a year.
Upon me cancelling the Policy you still had the audacity to deduct money from me with a mere offering so you could still keep money from this miss selling. When actually I should never of Been out of pocket in anyway what so ever.
Time has passed since this issue and a month after you miss sold me that insurance my Mother passed.
Therefore I am now picking up where I left off as I knew eventually I'd be in the right mindset to out your wrong doings.
I never after this awful expirience took up my hobby of mechanics, the fear you created in me of being financially abused again is terrible.
The Impact your actions had on me mentaly, through lies and gaslighting to take my money was horrendous and I'm lucky that now citizen journalists have grown enough for all these lies on phone recordings to be heard.
I expect the generic BS reply on here but I've not written this review to gain one, I'm writting it to save others.

How a company such as this still operates in these ways 3 1/2 years later.
There will be a Social Media communication system set up in the near future so all customers that have been wronged can communicate thier experience.

If you want to speak to a colleague for any assistance. Iv spoken to many. Becky from ONESURE is the best individual whom will assure you are satisfied & Assisted with due care and attention. Lot of other members of staff seem they just want to go home. Becky helped me for 1 hour straight even untill just after closing time.
