Slough high street despicable staff

If I could score a 0 I would. I went to the slough high street branch to order my lunch and the girl at the checkout could barely understand so she called out for her manager
FARID he came over and I explained I wanted a big mac meal but with no bun and if they could use my gluten free bun instead, to which he replied I've never heard of this we don't do this he then went onto say he has not heard I'd the gluten free brand before and went to check with his supervisor Laura who was actually on the shop floor so who did he speak with?? he came back after disappearing into his office and then said they can't do anything. I explained to him I have a intolerance and to their buns and I've always bought my bun and they have toasted it or steamed it at this point I called head office I spoke with a girl called rebecca who said macdonalds do this but some stores may not be aware. As they are a franchise its down to the manager Farid was only an assistant manager. She called the branch and they had a conversation and I was placed on hold for 5 mins or so she came back to me saying he has only said he will give me a bunless burger and that I can do it myself. Farid never came back over to me just to his colleague to continue to serve the next customer. I have never had a issue with this branch or the slough bath road branch or the asda Macdonalds branch and they are all franchisees too! Not only did I leave the branch with no lunch but also feeling very discriminated against as I suffer with a gluten intolerance. The management need to learn some manners, how to talk to customers. macdonalds do this service so I don't know why on this occasion they wouldn't. I will definitely not be going back ever to this branch they have upset and made me feel like I was begging for food. The genius gf brioche buns I took was in the packaging with all the ingredients clearly written but he just didn't want to do this for a paying customer.

Service was disgusting and I will be taking this further.

Excellent food and staff in Barry MacDonald this afternoon .the lady who helped me needs a medal she is so patients and a lovely lady.i thanked her for helping she said it was a pleasure and that it is her job ' well done

I got IGNORED for 10ish minutes before…

I got IGNORED for 10ish minutes before any of the staff noticed me and took my order, which wasn't worth the wait. My order consisted of a 20 piece chicken nugget box, but there was NOT 20 in the box, the fries tasted like cardboard AND the milkshake I ordered was half full, and had this weird slim like consistency to it. OVERALL, the food and serves was terrible. In the end, I needed to go to the restroom, and let me say it was disgusting, the toilet seats were dirty, the taps didn't work

Manager was a disgrace spoke to me like…

Manager was a disgrace spoke to me like trash advised I was missing some of my order her reply was tell her she will have to go back round as we are too busy I should of checked my order before paying. Asked could I juat pass her the extra if it hadn't been on my order as it was a mistake she replied no go back round it's your own fault. Partner asked for a refund. Manager took yhe food off us and said wait for your refund. My partner had waited too long and went inside the restaurant to see what the hold up was and the manage was talking about us to colleagues using unnecessary language. Appalling service will not return to this restaurant

Always given cold stale food staff…

Always given cold stale food staff look hot and bothered and always rushing no surprise they get the orders wrong not impressed with this fast food chain or their food if the fries ain’t over salted their cold and it’s 2018 and they only serve white sugar what about the people who prefer brown ? Get with it Mac Donald’s your losing out to other fast food chains .

Fries nearly always cold and underfilled
Food always slow to be served
Queues often ridiculous (see above)
Burgers sometimes been sitting for too long and chewy/tough/cold

Avoid southall macdonalds at all…

Avoid southall macdonalds at all costs- I often use macdonalds as a base to meet customers as I am a field sales rep. This particular time I met a customer and we stood outside to drink our coffees and talk and macdonalds have given me a £100 fine for being parked in their car park - I will never ever use a macdonalds again this has obviously happened before as per the trip advisor and google reviews - they are thriving crooks who should not be allowed to trade under macdonalds

Macdonalds Marus Bridge

I have been to the drive through mcdonalds at Marus Bridge and again I have been let down. I am that fed up up with them that I am not going back there. The past 4 times that I have got home there has been something missing. Everytime I spend over £20. This time as I started to check they asked if everything was ok and I sad I want to check if everything is ok. I asked if the mozzarella dips were in and they said at the bottom. They LIED I got home and had to explain to my children that there were none. I have complained once directly to the branch and gave me a code over the phone. When I went the next time they said that the code had expired. The time before that I was missing fries and the time before that I was missing a fillet of fish. I only had the code for 2 weeks! The service over the past 3 months has got worse. This has included not being able to order fizzy drinks and not pay by card. I have waited from point of ordering to collection on average 8 minutes and if I am asked to park up then it can be 15 minutes.

Not family friendly

Always packed with groups of loud teenagers and the staff dint move them on even when shouting and swearing. Makes it horrible for families with children.

Spent nearly £30.00 on a food order to …

Spent nearly £30.00 on a food order to be delivered. It arrived virtually cold. The fries were pale, limp and tasteless, as was the burgers, big MAC and Chicken thing My son ordered.
So disappointed, the cold food, ok, that could be the delivery person's fault but not the unappetizing tasteless food!!!!!!!!

Very appalled after requesting spicey …

Very appalled after requesting spicey veggie no mayonnaise and of course mayonnaise being in the burger for health reasons I can’t eat this and after have a few bites realised I have eaten mayonnaise this is unacceptable
