The barry store in south glamorgan My son ordered a meal for him and his sister and the meal didnt turn up. Spoke to the store and all they said was you need to ring user. It wasn't there fault as they never packed them. So I ordered the same meal again and guess what the items where missing again rang the store and again was fobbed off by saying you need to ring uber. When they have staff who can't even pack an order unreal

the macdonalds on wessex way poole has a brilliant worker, so enthusiastic and brilliant at his job always makes me smile when going through and he says, "have a mactastic day." lol

The MacDonalds on Eastern Avenue has to be the worst in Gloucester. Now this review is not about the young people who work there, rather it’s about the management who run the establishment and the information they have given these young people on how to prepare, cook and serve the food. I have used this takeaway on many occasions and I have had food missing, overcharged, buns that are burnt, chicken selects that look as though they have been eaten before they are served to you, cold coffee, cold food, and food that tastes as though it was cooked a few days ago! Always running out of strawberry shake, and just one or two of the servers with a bad attitude. I won’t be using them again

Car park was overflowing with people waiting for orders - I went into the restaurant in person & left with my order - People that were waiting when I initially arrived were still waiting in the carpark
There is no way to complain, no way to speak to anyone, no receipts given
Absolute shambolic & non existent customer service

BETWEEN THESE AND JUST EAT I DONT KNOW WHO IS WORSE AS A COMPANY! NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN LITERALLY ROB YOU THEIVE OF YOU CONSTANTLY BECAUSE THEY MAKE IT NEAR IMPOSSIBLE FOR YOUR MONEY BACK!! WHAT A CRAPT SERVICE ALL ROUND

Placed order on app, delivery arrived with missing and wrong items, called restaurant to be told that even though id paid for delivery and a service charge for them to manage my order they would not deliver the missing and wrong items to me as the delivery has nothing to do with them , £10.69 for a double cheese burger not delivered , 9 chicken nuggets not delivered . Disgusting service at restaurant stating if I wanted to get it sorted id have to come to the restaurant, I am a handicapped man so this was not an option , staff not interested at all. Absolute terrible

I have not used Macdonald's for some time until now. Absolute rubbish . The portions are tiny. Don't bother asking for a small milk shake . Think of a child's small bottle of fruit shoot, more expensive,smaller portions. Garage meal deals are better value. Macdonald's your days are numbered,

My daughter who have learning disabilities ordered macdonalds today she accidentally ordered food today to the wrong address the guy was really rude to her saying he will leave her food near the bin in the area this have affected her mental health I've had her on the phone really upset not good she had no food and paid around £30

Nearly 2 months ago now I wrote a review about how a Macdonald's, in Preston gave my 83 year old mother chicken nuggets, when she ordered chicken strips. They didn't bother to resolve the issue and reading other bad reviews it's hardly surprising.

Macdonalds has really gone down hill. The food is always cold and I have just been to the one in Thornton Heath and found staff there so rude. I went through the drive through and then waited 30 mins as I was told my food wasn’t ready. I had to go in to the shop in the end and it had been sitting there and no one had bothered to bring it out to the waiting bay. Despite me asking staff 3 times when they came out to other people

Absolutely a joke. Preparing 3 or4 orders at once one person preparing the food ... While waiting I watched her doing the orders and I could see her waiting for for the drinks and my food just exposed to the cold fan, blower behind where my food sat. I waited and was finally given the food. To no surprise it was cold I asked for it to be done again. Unbelievable....... Get more preparing the food not one person doing 3, 4, 5 orders all together.

Vi mangler 18 chicken nuggets og en Mac crispy!!!!!!!!!!! Og alle vores sovser på Ballerup MacDonalds med Wolt levering. Hvor fkn dum kan man være når der står alle tingene man skal lave på en kvitteringen men glemmer halvdelen af ordren. 160kr! Håber dem der har lavet det bliver fyret.

Used the Macdonalds app to order a meal for me and my partner after a long road trip and not wanting to cook. So my local Macdonalds is in Grantham, Lincolnshire. After waiting double the time originally stated the food arrived cold and half of the order missing. Hiw difficult is it to put a few things in a bag? I then went back onto the app to complain but just get the automated rubbish that asks for a copy of the receipt but won't allow you to upload it and then asks if there is anything else it can help with? I stopped ordering from Macdonalds over a year ago because of all the missing items with every order.

They still owe me 4 a meal the got really wrong last time. And this time this evening they got it majorly wrong with my sons happy meal. They didn't even tell me they were out of toy dinosaurs in there happy meal?so they just put in a minnon small metal case instead and thpught? I no what let's not tell the customer and they will b fine with it? Well not me my son who is autistic loves dinosaurs and when he saw there wasn't a cuddly dinosaur in his happy meal he got very upset. And too make it experience even worse was the attitude of this little young boy who took my order and my money. He was so rude and obnoxious towards me and misabable. The thing is this mac Donald's in Bridgwater town is not making the odd mistake they r making lots of mistakes one after the other. It's becoming a very poor run down messing mac Donald's. Takeaways aways aren't cheap anymore and 4 what u get is disgusting and appalling and if it wasn't 4 my autistic son liking it mac ds I would never go there again. And it's most definitely not value 4 money that's 4 sure. And first thing Monday morning I'm ringing mac ds head office. Enough is enough they need a kick up there ass. Because the food and quality and service is crap and some of the attitude of the staff is appalling and disgusting. And once I speak to the head of the office I won't b just getting a replacement meal and happy meal. I will b seeking a compensation from them.

Who doesn't like their one of a kind best tasting fries.
Everyone I go to is fast and friendly,
the prices are thru the roof right now but you can still get a Mcdouble and a McChicken for 2.99.
I don't recommend it for anyone with seriously high blood pressure are if your supposed to be on a no salt diet

Once again I get the incorrect meal and missing items , what is wrong with this store MacDonald's vangate !!!! I placed an order this morning , the incorrect meal came , I placed an order for my son this evening and extra nuggets for him , the toy never came ,hes happy meal never came instead of juice they sent coldink and he is not allowed gas , so all he got was jalopeno sauce and chips and a coldrink when we ordered a cheese burger happ meal with juice nd extra nuggets . Now im sat with a child crying because he has no toy . We always order through uber eats but its so pathetic that they dont even take the time to check the actual order

I got hot cross buns latte it tasted like cappuccino that’s utterly waste of money at £2.69
