I love fast food, but this one has bad taste. The smell, that spreads through the air (I suppose on purpose) doesn't make me hungry, such a horrible smell.
Аll the food on the menu is too fat and high in calories.
Don't let your children eat this.

I went to McDonald's, the food was delicious, and the place was clean and great

My fries where cold and I had more ice than coke in my drink but burger was fresh and tasty.

Terrible that they can’t even get a simple order right. Ordered a bagel this morning and they didn’t even bother to put the cheese in it, couldn’t eat the bagel. One very unhappy and hungry customer. Store wasn’t even that busy.

I have visited the Macdonalds 5 times for breakfast and 4 times there was NO COFFEE. I appears that the coffee machine keeps breaking down. I suggest you buy a kettle as a standby.It really is not on that you can't sort out a simple problem as a faulty coffee machine.

Amazing service, food was excellent as well.
I was at Macdonald Angel Row ,Nottingham, UK waiting for my order in the queue with my baby in the buggy alone.
A lady staff over there was so kind to offer to bring my order to my table and asked me to take a seat in case it gets taken as seats downstairs are limited .This small gesture made by her meant so much. Thank you so much.I wish I had asked for her name .This happened on 11th November, 2019 some time around 2PM.

McDonalds in Eastleigh, Hampshire is probably one of the worst I have been to. Messy (but that’s down to the customers), staff seem uninterested in their jobs. It’s become a youth drop in centre! !! Noisy, rowdy youths who use foul language when there are women and children around. They don’t even buy food there !! I had a big nac meal the other day. The burger was cold so I asked for a replacement, and guess what? The replacement burger was cold as well. This used be a place to go and enjoy a meal... but it’s not anymore

Macdonalds had really gone downhill in the last 10 years hasn't it. It used to be relied on for great coffee and clean loos, best of all, it's quick service, but if I'm in a rush these days, the last place I'll go to is Macdonalds. There may be 75 people behind the country but if you've ordered food, you won't get your order for 15 minutes. Shame.

The service is fast. The burgers is nice and chips. Love the chile fries. My favourity.👌😋

Every time I come to this place it's always a great experience. I've come across a few different people and all of them are very friendly and helpful. They all go out of their way to make sure you are being helped to the fullest.

I have been eating at Macdonalds Eden Street Kingston Surrey for over 6 months and their ice cream machine is broken. The staff say the engineer cannot find out what the problem is.!!

Please MACDONALDS EDEN STREET JUST PURCHASE A NEW ICE CREAM MACHINE TO SATISFY YOUR CUSTOMERS.

Maybe it would also be a gesture of goodwill to give all your customers a free ice cream for 6 months!

I'm fan of mcdonalds food, I know that it is not healthy and bla bla but I'm just loving it! And I'm so sad about the prices..cause in a short period of time they more then have doubled!
Yesterday I just came by and bought one cheeseburger and totally wigged out when I saw the price...

Just been to Macdonald's Padholme East, Peterborough as treat for my 4yr old grand daughters birthday, on way home after cinema and as its 33° today I thought the aircon would make it pleasant experience- WRONG!
It wasnt even on, I asked 3 members of staff why it wasnt, no reply so I asked to speak to the Manager who told me it categorically was on??
I held my serviette up to several of the aircon ducts, no movement, no noise, no cool air because IT WASNT ON!
My grand daughter was literally dripping with sweat and myself and pregnant daughter had to fan ourselves. I spent £22.93 on our meals and drinks but had to leave half the food as it was so unbearable to eat there.
On my return home I immediately phoned to complain - apparently the customer service girl I spoke to phoned the store who told her a higher manager had gone into store after I left (funny coincidence eh?) and noticed it wasnt very cool in the store so an engineer is being called to investigate! An apology was given but I seriously would have appreciated a voucher of some sort so I could take my grand daughter again locally where I know the aircon is always ace? Shame on such a massive organisation having such poor customer satisfaction and spoiling the end of a 4 yr olds birthday day treat😤

Easy to order and pay for but food was cold and looked like it was thrown together!
Very hot day but no air con or cold drinks!
Staff didn't seem to care!!
