My favorite carrier in Denmark. They are fast, reliable and have the best prices for packages sent abroad.
I was well informed by GLS, the delivery time was extremely quick, the retrieval of the package was also quick and easy, and the package itself was completely intact. Very impressed!

Reference: 121246333956 dated 22/07/2026.
I ordered an item from AUTODOC. The same issue has occurred again, just as it did with my previous two orders, including this one. Although I was at home throughout the delivery window, the parcel was delivered to a nearby pickup shop instead of being delivered to my home.
If I am paying 79 DKK for the home delivery of a 1 kg parcel, I expect it to be delivered to my door, not redirected to a pickup point without any delivery attempt.
