Mcdonalds Cullompton. Has the slowest and worst service in any mcdonalds I have been too. They could learn alot from Tiverton. Staff have no drive. Everytime you order the order is wrong and items missing. Had enough!

What a waste of 25 minutes waiting for 2 coffees at the Stretton, Burton upon trent, site. How long does it take to prepare 2 coffees? They can't use the old 'I'm sorry sir we're understaffed line, if my company ran like this it would be out of business. Staff are rude. It's the Managers fault that this site is going downhill with customers complaining. Maccy 'D' head office should be contacted, word of advice for future customers, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, GREGGS OR KFC!!!

No Coffee. Nor accepting loyalty coffee coupons. Shower of excrement.
Back in the day you could rely on MacyD for good coffee , quick service and a clean toilet. Now it's all grumpy , slow and rude 😑

Horrible food even my 8 year old refused McDonald's when her nan was going to treat her. Cold food even thou we was queuing up and it was " freshly made". The burgers we're that salty my daughter felt sick.

Think about renaming your service to extremely slow food this is not the first time I have sat in the Q for more then half an hour and on both occasions the food was cold the q was out the door for walk-in as well as the Uber and delivery drivers if you seriously cannot keep up demand which you can’t maybe you need to rethink what services you offer ie restaurant and drive through should surely take precedence. And when I asked why it was so slow I just get a glazed look and a shrug of I don’t know. I am not formally complaining because you do nothing about it just a thank you for your complaint and it has been filed in the bin!
So maybe this review will make people stop at a different restaurant and not yours.

Wouldn’t even award one star , food ordered , wrong order came , can’t blame Uber it’s what he was given although he was trying to tell me the meal was correct , finally got the correct meal and it was stone cold !! The store would not answer the phone , there was an expresso shot missing and that’s the third time that exact item had been missed in our order , previously we were refunded but this time we were told we had requested a refund too many times on that item ….. well here’s an idea McDonald’s DONT KEEP LEAVING IT IT OUT !!!! I will add this refers to the constantly failing Mac Donald’s in Caerphilly South Wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 I have had good service from others

Last night when Goa Express/Just Eat didnt deliver & cancelled the order I Decided to go to my local Macdonalds Drive thru & I was horrified and astounded by the person who was giving me the food bags x 2. I aksed her to wrap up the bags at the top and she said no, I said "please can you wrap up the bags" she said that she wont do it and slammed my food bags down on the counter and left and then her colleague came wrapped up the top and gave it to and said sorry, I have reported it to the branch manager, what kind of service is this, it was heavily raining and it could of easily slipped off my hand, everyone else in my whole lifetime of having macdonalds have always closed the bags and folded them over............wtg to hear what the management & macdonalds say about this...not had a good night...there's a million people looking for jobs out there & they would be honoured and respect every single customer, it was rude, incompetent and im not satisfied,,,,

The MacDonalds App! can’t even say it’s a 1 star! On Saturday I used the MacDonakds app in a meal that cost over £36!!!! It didn’t turn up!!!
I have been told speak to Uber, they delivered it, who say, nope speak to MacDonalds, you used their app!! Which I kind of agree with! Money for nothing!!! 😡

Animal hairs on workers fleece!!

Just been through the drive through and collected my food from a worker wearing a fleece that was covered in animal hair! I nearly boked on the spot!

What’s the point in making workers wear hair nets to keep the hairs from falling into food when their uniform, in my opinion was totally unfit to wear when handling food.

Plus the plain double cheese burger we asked for came with salad!

I did try to ring to address these issues but the phone just rang out twice.

This outlet needs to sort out the entrance and exit strategy for cars also. The way it is at the minute is an accident waiting to happen.

Not a happy customer tonight.

How dim have you got to be to mess up even the most basic meals!? Every time something is wrong and when challenged the staff are moody and unhelpful

Really like their McCafe , better than Tim Hortons
