Ordered online delivery food arrived cold 🥶 uneatable, shame never again packed the same as the drive through not fit for home delivery's.
Ronald needs to re think home delivery packing.

Waited for so long asked for 3 chicken stripper and chips and the chips were mushy and there was only 2 chicken strippers witch were dry and hard

Hi , so excited to get a Mac donalds delivered on a Friday as a treat for my 11 yr son , we patiently waited for nearly 2 hours only to find that there was a meal missing and the drinks were wrong . Really disappointed total cost was €43. It was cold aswell, overall I will never get this again . Even when I rang the Mac donalds , they were of no help at all , I was told to.get a refund through the app , I wanted the meal to be sent up as we had ordered it for a person to eat !!
Said they couldn't do this???

App is absolutely useless. Had to go to counter. Manager put nuggets down as free to make up for app discount. Got home. No nuggets and not on receipt so no wonder!

Didn’t like the service. But overall good

Like a lot of families, we go to MacDonald’s at weekends. This weekend was no exception, I together with my wife and my young daughter went shopping followed by a visit to the MacDonald’s in Market Harborough. Sadly, when we got to driven in station to order, we were told they had no vegetarian burgers left. We asked if they had anything vegetarian that at least my daughter could have. The answer was a flat no.
No wanting to disappoint my daughter we drove to Fosse Park MacDonald’s, again the response was the same. We as a final attempt drove to the MacDonald’s in Wigston, where we were told that no MacDonald’s was doing anything vegetarian.
The sad as well the infuriating thing was that the managers in all three of the branches did not care that my daughter was a fan of MacDonald’s and none of them even tried to appease her. All three branches were very busy, and it seemed to me that veggies are not a group of loyal customers MacDonald’s care too much about. It probably does not affect their bottom line.
In the end, we went to a Burger King and had a lovely meal. Moving forward as far as me and family are concerned, MacDonald’s is one place we will not be visiting. My advice to all the veggies and vegans, is you do the same, it’s the only way big companies will learn.

This time I was pleasantly surprised but, what doesn’t say a lot the macfeast’s didn’t have any salat in em and the burger finish was slobby and unholy. The fries was actually ok and there was an acceptable amount of salt on them. But still nothing to write home about

Macdonalds at Cleethorpes appalling customer service qued they for 20 minutes my family after day at beach order food pay got too food collection to give us the wrong order we order 3 meals with drinks and a tea extra they said didn’t order a drink with one of the meals and we said we did and we’re not paid for it so we said we will pay for the drink go with meal we said we did order it and the lady taking order as got it wrong said well you have too go back of que and pay for the one drink Julie manager they said nothing can do you have go que again , how many time I’ve been macdonalds and they got my order they sort it if you have wait in car park what ever , in meantime a guy three cars back has come up too my husband window and said move you f::king car di::head . Aggressive causes my husband too get out I had too physically tell this man get in his car wanting too fight also the woman in his car shouting abuse through her window at us disgusting I had my children in car Thankyou macdonalds Cleethorpes what a a rubbish end of day yes I big complaints too your head office !!!!

I visited the drive through at Wellingborough London road branch and got home with half the food freezing cold!! Obviously left out to wait while the rest of our order was completed!! The food was so cold it was not edible so I called repeatedly to the branch but no one would answer!!! So I decided to call CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! What a useless experience that was!!! I was told in no uncertain terms that there was absolutely nothing that could be done!! She wouldn’t even try to call the branch directly!!! Even after I told her that the food was not edible and that I could not get to the restaurant again until my Carer was back tomorrow, the girl had zero empathy for our situation!!! So MacDonalds have taken my money and served me inedible food and there is nothing that CUSTOMER SERVICES CAN OR WILL DO TO HELP ME!!! Now that’s what I call great marketing for BURGER KING!!! That’s who will be getting my money in future!!!!

Stansted macdonalds drive through, really disappointed. Said they had ice cream, paid for it, then said they don’t have none, so i asked for a apple pie instead. They also didn’t have that, so i got a cookie which is broken all over.
Really annoyed. Also looked very unhygienic.

Waited for 15 mins to receive fries that gave me brain freeze, fast food more like frozen food 🙄

You are using unethical bullies to police our use of your carparks. These companies (MET Parking) are bullying your customers and abusing them verbally and through the post. Identifiable details of one of your other customers has been photographically shared with me! This company is making legal threats. Will never visit your Medway City Estate MacDonalds again.
