Don't waste your time and money buying…

Don't waste your time and money buying these earing aids, I bought some two months ago and still not received them ( supposed to be 3 to 5 days delivery) I've constantly emailed them to ask for either the product or my money back but nobody replies.

they are nothing but thieves. Do NOT buy anything from them. Liars and cheats. They don’t even have the guts to answer e mails and phone calls. They should be dragged to court!!

I would give them a zero if I could

I would give them a zero if I could! Have contacted the company about a warranty issue almost two months ago after both hearing aids quit working after 9 months. They approved the claim and said they would replace both of them since I purchased the warranty. After nine e-mails and two months still no results. They tell me they are “getting ready to be shipped” but no results, that was two months ago! Buy your hearing aids somewhere else!!!

I ordered two new hearing aids on…

I ordered two new hearing aids on January 1st thinking that they would be great to have, BUT they are not very good at helping me out, they are not loud enough for me to hear correctly I have emailed the customer services lots of times to ask for help, no joy so I no choice but to have my money back, I have emailed them every day to ask for a refund they say it'll be about 10 days, BUT after 3 weeks no money, so don't ordered anything from them they are rubbish, what a waste of time it's now been 4 months and still no refund, still waiting 5 months gone by now,
I have just sent a new email, so please send me my full refund ASAP

THIS COMPANY WILL SCAM YOU!
I bought a set of these hearing aids and wish that I had read the reviews. The hearing aids arrived and did not fit my ear shape at all so I asked to return them for a refund as they state you have 90 days if you are not happy with them. They told me to keep the hearing aids and they will send me a full refund. 6 weeks later still no refund after contacting them 4 times. Please don't get ripped off like me and the others.

I did have to wait as I ordered in late…

I did have to wait as I ordered in late November. I am enjoying it If you read the manual no problem If one watches for low battery there has been no problem

Don’t believe the insincere replies

Just like ordering from the company, there is an automated, repetitive reply stating the company apologizes for the inconvenience they have caused and they will resolve the issue. Still waiting for my refund. The process started early December and I am still waiting 2.5 months later. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR ENERGY with Hue Hearing, unless you enjoy arguing and fighting with incompetent companies!

Ordered 2 hearing aids wish I hadn't

Ordered 2 hearing aids, the one I started to use stopped working after 25 days,contacted HueHearing and they said they would replace it. From then on I got machine emails saying it was coming soon, it's now March 10 I ordered them on the 1/01/2023,I'm a 70 year old pensioner and this took a lot of my money this company only wants your cash and then nothing to co with you .Don't use this company

Ordered the hearing aids in Nov 22

Ordered the hearing aids in Nov 22, finally got them Dec 22. One earpiece came off in ear. Had to go to Dr to get it removed. Cost more $$! Returned product in Jan 23. Still no refund as of 3/10/23. Would not recommend this company or product.

Sad to see the decline

Folks, I dont know if things have changed at Hue Hearing..However, I bought one in March of last year for my left ear which is severely impaired.
It took almost 4 weeks for delivery, but it arrived and to this day I have not had a si gle problem with it.

It would be unfortunate if things have changed at Hue as at the time, they were highly rated and the cheapest I could find at £42 including delivery.

I'm not trying to convince anyone else to buy one, just shocked that a company could go from best to worst in less than 12 month.

Not happy at all with the product

Not happy at all with the product. Volume control is impossible to adjust. Mainly because of the size. I would not recommend this type of hearing aid.

I sent hearing aids back after trying…

I sent hearing aids back after trying to work for me after about 3 weeks I could no get much sound from them they send an email the they received them on Feb.17 still know refund,I am trying to contact them today,March 3,their customer service line acts like you will get to talk to someone then while waiting on ph.for a representative phone keeps hanging up,I have been trying for an 11/2 hours,trying to figure my next move,I guess Better B. Got them and they were junk

Got them and they were junk! Returned company and it has been 25 days with no refund. They keep saying another 7 days or it may be your credit card company which is a bunch of crap! DON'T BUY THEM!!!!

It is now 5 months since I asked for a…

It is now 5 months since I asked for a refund and was assured it was in the process. 5 months later, and after numerous emails that I have kept copies of, I appear to be no closer to receiving any refund.I have my doubts that this is a genuine company.
