I ordered a dress from Dubai with the price saying it was 328.00 AED. Then after I paid for it then it showed it charged me 309 USD and I would never have ordered this dress for that amount. They've now charged me 3x the amount and no one from customer service will respond to me. I reached out on instagram, sent an email to customer service, and just get an email back saying go through the help center but my login isnt working. This is the second time after a purchase that no one would help me. This is a scam and a rip off to list the dress for one amount in AED and then charge me in USD for 3x the amount. I am now having to have my bank dispute the charge. I tried to get someone to respond the moment I saw the issue and then for weeks and nothing. Total rip off and these people never care about customer service after you purchase.
Poor Business Practice
I have made several purchases from Fashion Nova totaling over $600. On my most recent order, I paid $50 for 2-day shipping with the expectation that my order would arrive on Monday, 12/29/2025. However, when I received the shipping notification, the delivery date was listed as Tuesday, 12/30/2025.
I contacted customer service to request a credit for the expedited shipping since the service I paid for was not rendered. Unfortunately, the only response I received was an apology, with no refund or resolution offered.
When customers pay for a specific service, it should be honored. Failing to deliver paid shipping timelines—and not issuing a credit—reflects poor customer service. Based on this experience, neither I nor my family will continue shopping with Fashion Nova. I would rather spend my money with retailers who stand behind their commitments.

I placed an order with you, a dress size Xs which arrived huge. I wanted to return the package, there is no customer service, no response. I had to send the package back at my expense from France to the USA. 40€ for delivery, only to have the package returned to me because the address you provided for the return was wrong. It's a disgrace for a brand like yours to have no customer service at all, and I haven't been able to get in touch with anyone about my problem. You're a big thief, not only do you waste money, you waste time!

No order, no refund
My item didn't arrive. It was the delivery company - Evri's - fault, and Evri said I had to get in touch with fashionnova to arrange a refund. But fashionnova refused to give me a refund, saying once the delivery company have the package any losses are mine not theirs. I had to get the bank to reimburse me, after much wasted time dealing with poor customer services at fashionnova. Never again.

Ordered a Halloween costume which is meant to be American size medium. It is size XS by UK sizing. It has a foul stench of fish. I decided to refund as it’s faulty and cheap and nasty considering the price paid. Guess what… no refund available. Really yucky. Won’t be shopping with that company ever again naturally. £60 in the bin. I genuinely have to put it in the bin because the smell coming out of the parcel is awful.

They, at first, confirmed my order to then cancel it with no reason straight after, even tho the money were already pending on my cards, Monzo helped me having my money back straight away, when with the other two banks is now a week that I still have this amount pending on my card. I ordered items for my grandkids and myself. Items did not fit and took a while to be delivered. I sent items back and reordered a bigger size which again did not fit. These items from them are not true to size. Nearly after 2 weeks after returning the items that I paid for the return postage on I did not receive my refund! With this said I sent multiple separate customer service inquiries to get an explanation about my refund for my return! Eventually I got short email stating they'd taken my money and do not give cash refunds but have issued me a store credit!
The company should adjust their system to let people know whether items are not being refunded and don't create false expectations that goods will arrive on time & if not satisfied the item will be refunded. There should also be better customer service they are just RUDE.
Without the Customers, Consumers you would not have a JOB. I will not EVER spend my MONEY with them nor RECOMMEND them to anyone period.

The next day the pending transaction was no longer pending and the money was back in my account. My bank could see they have placed the transaction then reversed it. I received my second order today and wouldn't you know it they sent one of two items incorrectly. At this point I think it is being done on purpose! However, they agreed to refund my money for both items. They second my second order incorrectly too. Hope they enjoy mistreating their customers. The said part is there is no management available to troubleshoot concerns; They are too big to deal with small customers. I use to love Fashion Nova. Been a customer since 2017. They now won’t give my money back just a store credit even when I’ve messaged them to tell them I’d NEVER shop with them again they still won’t refund me MY MONEY BACK!!! I ordered from FashionNova a while back and had nothing but issues. The clothes I received were mainly fine, not the best quality and the sizing wasn’t great but I was hoping to simply return those things. The customer service was absolutely dreadful and that was when they finally decided to respond to requests.
They refused to accept I had returned my items- even though I had tracking confirmation it had been delivered for at least a few weeks.
I highly recommend not using FashionNova.

Ordered from Fashion Nova they ship with Lasership(HUGE MISTAKE)... I never received the package that was "ALLEGEDLY" delivered. I filed a claim with Fashion Nova which was suppose to take 10 days. They never contacted me I had to contact them only for them to tell me the carrier said they delivered the package and that there was nothing else they could do for me. REALLY?! REALLY Fashion Nova?! Never offered to resend merchandise, never offered a credit, WOULD NOT REFUND ME MY MONEY!!! Sad company values with sour unprofessional customer service reps!!! Full of thieves. Recognize that it is because of the consumer that you all float above water. Once we jump ship the holes in your "BOAT" will cause you to sink!!!
