Total crooks

Total crooks, don’t order from these guys, never received the goods, never got a refund total scam.
Customer service can only be contacted when they want your money ! Other than that they ignore you ,got a feeling they have changed there name ?

DON'T BUY FROM VEVO HEARIN AID

No stars at ll. I bought my hearing aid last july. It was not working. I send them back even if they said no need. Did not hear from any one after so many emails and tries to contact hem. No luck. I called my RBC visa and we were in touch for more than 4 months, and so many emails and getting the same stupid questions and answeres, and still could not get my refund. Don't use any kind of payment. Refund does not work for them. This is a scam

Crooks

Crooks. My high street bank beginning with the letter B were unable to get anything from these b***ards. I used debit card as I don't have a/need a credit card. Never again.

Eleven months since I placed the order.

There's a lesson learned.

As Judge Judy always says: "If it is too good to be true, it probably is! "

Getting your refund

To everyone who had problems getting refunds from this company. May I suggest you dispute the charge with your credit card company, I just got my refund doing this but it took nine months,

Bad Company

Bad Company, I ordered a pair of these aids for my brother in law as they looked compact and easy to use, i out the order in last may, then I decided I didn't want them so cancelled them but they said they had been shipped abd I could return them within 90 days I got them in June and having taken them out I noticed the blue one was all open where the pin was it lifted right cup, so damaged I emailed for instructions as to their return but nothing after waiting for a reply I sent them back with proof of posting in august having waited for some response, it's now February 2021 and ive still had no refund of my £104 this company are good at taking money but not returning it for faulty goods , it's looking like it's a scam, I've now taken them to the small courts claims to see if they can help me, it's called Resolver , I will let you know if I have any joy , they are a very bad company to deal with and as I'm a pensioner it's not on !!!!

Total Scam

I ordered a pair of Hearing aids in July 2020. Its February 2021 now, but they have never arrived. Total scam. I emailed them several times asking for refund, no reply. I don't know how they get away with that😠

Ordered hearing aid from this company

Ordered hearing aid from this company, last May (2020) They were useless so fragile and tiny you could hardly handle it, and did not work anyway. Rubbish! Avoid this company like the plague! Still waiting for my promised money back.

Avoid this company!

Received hearing aids in April, 2020. They wouldnt fit, contacted company within 90 days and was told to keep them and they would refund my money. Didn't hear anything from them so emailed in November 2020, still no word from them. Cant locate a website anymore and I have lost the phone #. Appears to me they didn't plan to refund my money. I cannot recommend them!

Unbelieveable

I truelly wish I had read all this feedback before I stupidly ordered two Vevo hearing aids. I don't have an issue with the delivery which was on time as per their notifications.

However, once I notified them that I couldn't get on with their product and I wished to return them, things changed.

Initially I was pleased with an e-mail stating a full refund would be coming my way and that I should keep the products and pass them on if possible. Unfortunately this was in June this year and despite many attempts to contact them I have heard nothing (Dec 20).

I saw their advert on FB and would advise anyone considering trying them to reconsider. The cost involved is a significant sum for a pensioner and this company appears to have no grasp of the consequences their actions have on those most in need.

Agree with Gary. Disgraceful customer service.
Took out the three year warranty. One of the hearing aids went faulty, tried to contact Vevo but have had no reply from five emails. Most of these companies are using Covid 19 as an excuse to avoid customers complaints.

Shoddy business practice to the extreme.

I got my hearing aid in good time. It stopped working after a week when I needed to change the battery. I corresponded with two girls who confirmed because I had taken out insurance with them that the item would be replaced. All communication from Vevo stopped immediately from that point onwards. Nothing....
I recommend not becoming involved with this business.

Very bad customer service

Very bad customer service. AIDS did not work for me. Promised my money back. Nothing and this is 4 month ago. Sarah’s emails promised refund. I tried to sent them back. She said you get a refund and keep them.

Please don’t deal with them I brought asst of them and sent them back as they were broken and I was told that I would receive a refund that was 4months a go I have sent them so meney emails for my refund and still not received eney message back it’s time someone looked in to this so money people have been ripped off by thes people Sara is the one responsible for not doing her job by paying the money back thanks Roy

100 percent a scam

This company is 100 percent a scam. I ordered the hearing aids and they took forever to be delivered. That's because they came from China. The day I received them I emailed vevo on how to return them. Absolute junk and they hurt my ears. No problem said vevo we have a love it or it's free guarantee. Don't even return them donate it to someone in need. Well after several attempts to get my refund without success I contacted the rhode Island Attorney General's consumer fraud division. They were unable to contact vevo because website was shut down registered letters were returned and no one answers the phone. Save your hard earned money folks.
