Liars!

Liars!
I ordered these hearing aids when I saw an ad on Instagram. Big mistake! I waited over a month and a half to receive them and I was not satisfied with the fit. They advertised that you can return them anytime and receive a full refund within 7 to 10 days. Not true! I kept contacting them after 30 days of not receiving a refund when they confirmed they received my item back and they kept sending me emails that their system was having technical difficulties and that’s it. No timeline when I was going to receive a refund. The same email from the same person kept coming to me. I then put a report into the Better Business Bureau and within two weeks. I received my refund and email from them. I have seen numerous post stating the same scenario. Do not order from this company..

bungled order

My order has not been delivered one month later and there's no communication coming through. I feel that it was a long con game and I, therefore, demand a full refund with immediate effect.

I have been waiting for a month for my hearing aids, I live in Michigan and as of today they are still LA. The company will not cancel or refund my money. Do not be fooled this company is a fraud.

No Refund Despite Promises for 3 Months!

The hearing aids did not work for my husband and they hurt his ears, so we have returned them for a refund. It's been over 3 months of emails and empty promises to refund our money, despite the fact that we received an email stating that they had received the return in October, 2022. It's now almost February, 2023.

How many times will we receive promises and excuses without receiving our money back?!

Three weeks and no product.

Three weeks and multiple calls still no package. Ordered Jan 5 today is the 27th. I was told that maybe it will be here on the 1st or 2nd of February. I really should have researched better, especially after all the terrible reviews on this site as well as the better business bureau. I really purchased these as a trial set of hearing aids to see if I would be compliant in wearing them. I cannot imagine that they are anything like aids that cost thousands. Oh well, still waiting.. but they did take my $$ and we have paid for a product that is not here.

Finally received this horribly tiny…

Finally received this horribly tiny hearing aid. I declare how can the volume be turned up when it is sooooo tiny? GRRR!!! This is a complete rip off. It reminds me of a hearing aid for a little baby! What gives Hue Hearing! It isn't worth the $$, how about one cent! This is not going to work and I will try to get a refund which I understand is also impossible to get back. REMEMBER you can always get in touch with the Atty. General of your State and the Better Business Bureau!

The company is fraud

The company is fraud. They take your money, say the hearing aides are on the way 7 to 10 days. Well what they mean is maybe after they get into this country. I still haven’t received anything from them after 22 days .

Broken, non functional

My hearing aid which I only had for a few months became non functional after the compartment holding the battery split and I couldnt push it back into the hearing aid. I wrote to Hue but because it had passed the 90 day period they could not provide me with a new one. Disappointed!

Still trying to obtain my promised refund as hearing aids not suitable, date 26th January 2023.

Trying to return for refund as hearing aids not suitable for me. I keep getting message to print returns label which states if not purchased on USD contact customer services. Mine were purchased from the UK in UK pounds. Dhon, at returns dept. keeps sending same message and so far no response from Customer services, so I can't print a return label so I can't return them.
26th January 2023. Thank you for your reply. Since my original posting I have requested the promised refund twice more, on 16th January 2023, and again yesterday 25th January 2023. On both occasions I have had replies from Venus with very similar messages, and I quote from the 16th: 'Don't worry, I have already informed our team regarding this matter. Rest assured that it will be refunded to your account.' It goes on to say: 'Please feel free to reach us at any time if you need assistance or have questions in mind.' Yesterday's reply stated, and I quote: 'it seems that there is an error with our systems that affects our refund process. Don't worry, I have already informed our team regarding this matter, and we will be re-processing the refund for you.' It goes on to say 'Should you have further concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.' As my only concern is the refund of my money (which has already been promised) the only reason I keep contacting you is for the refund of my money! It would be nice if I could write a big thank you to you for your quick response in returning my money instead of what I am writing!!

Am Happy

I received my hearing aids today, and so far am very pleased with the results. I have been able to turn TV down, have to get used to talking on the phone, depends how I hold receiver as not to get whistling, so far so good

Having placed an order on the 25th…

Having placed an order on the 25th November, it's still not arrived. Customer services just keep blaming the courier's. Please be aware that although ordering from the USA the items are shipped from China. I've followed tracking and it's been in the UK since 16th December. Don't order these if you expect them to arrive in a reasonable time. As for the hearing aids, can't comment for the above reason.

Not a reputable company

I was told several times that my refund was coming in timely fashion. It hasn't as of today. It's been almost 2 months now since I returned the hearing aids.

As of January 10, 2023, I was again promised by Zach that the refund was in process at the Refunds Dept. That email from him was on 12/27/2022. So, it continues. Emails saying the refund's in process and nothing to be seen.

I returned the two hearing aids per the company's instructions within the required time frame for a full refund. They acknowledged receipt of the two devices in an email to me. It is now one month later and they still have not refunded the purchase price, despite numerous emails and phone calls from me to them requesting the refund. This is obviously a scam. This company is not reliable and is not to be trusted.

Will not refund my money

The hearing aids did not work for me. I returned them in September of 2022. I have called and emailed numerous times, but have not received a refund nor a response. I need my 201.00 back very soon.

I would not recommend this product to a…

I would not recommend this product to a deaf monkey, I bought one of the same for a third of the price I paid for this hue hearing one, it does not work at all, you get no spare battery 1 tool which is useless, £60 I paid for a left ear, I got 1 left ear hearing aid, full set of tools and spare batteries for just over £20,avoid hue hearing at all costs, plus I waited 2 months for this to arrive
