Ordered mine in April and it never arrived, they promised a refund but that nab ever came. The companies advertised on Facebook are half fake. I think hush eating is bankrupt

I purchased a pair of Hue Hearing aids in January 2023. They were unsatisfactory so with their approval I returned them in February 2023. They acknowledged receipt but never sent my money back despite my repeated emails to them. This company needs to be prosecuted.

I purchased a set and extended warranty they worked great for several months and one stopped working blue one I contacted them several times they said i will be replaced gave me a order purchase number and ask how we do terrible never got soon to be year I purchased new tips but useless no hearing aids stay away crooks

The hearing aids that I purchased from Hue Hearing did not work for me. I kept getting feedback. When I returned the hearing aids they did not return my money. I contacted Better Business Bureau, but Hue Hearing would not reply to them. I would not do business with this company. They are not legit.

Placed an order on February 2,never received the order been trying for the last 5 months to get my money back ,please do not buy from these crooks ,its one big scam ,£160 down the drain ,and apparently they are now a part of another American company who deny any knowledge of hue hearing miss dealings ,a proper bunch of thieves together

Your informing me to be honest. You need to take a page out of your book. I bought, paid for and returned a set of your hearing aids...bottom line, you promised a refund by check, in the mail, I have never got the refund. That's my experience, I followed the rules and your company, didn't. I purchased the hearing aids in December of 2022. I'm using the date below as the date I returned them along with my dated letter.

in need of a reorder, if possible for right ear only..can that happen.

PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE - THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. Purchased additional replacement 3 years warranty and have e-mailed several times with no return response. Checked out other on line reviews and it seems I am not the only one!

I bought a hearing aid from Hue Hearing it was completely dud i sent it back, a few week,s later it came back to me so their address is phoney. I got intouch with them and they said they would send a replacement nothing came so i asked for a refund, they completely cut me off and never replied to my email,s. They are scammer,s they owe me money. Don,t deal with them.

I received these aids and used them for barely three weeks when they both failed to work. I contacted Hue and was assured that replacements would be sent. After almost five months, I still have not received them nor have they answered my emails. I strongly advise anyone not to buy from this place!

What makes it extremely surprising about this company "Hue Hearing," is that they are now advertised extensively on-line on "Amazon's" site. As a long-time client of Amazon I contacted them about 3 weeks ago and informed them of the problems I've had with Hue hearing. Even though I did not buy my items from the Amazon's site they said they were unhappy to hear about my problems and would look into it for me. I am still waiting for any reply.

I bought a set for my husband in December 2022. He could not get them to do anything but make a high pitch squeeling. Worked with Hue Hearing and tried all they suggested. I sent them back asked for a refund. I have asked the 5? Times now and have been assured my refund was being processed. It is now July and I still have not been refunded.

I would have have given a 0 rating if possible, as with so many other reviewers on here I have been waiting over 6 months for my mother in laws refund, and to add insult to injury she paid £30 insurance for the hearing aids that she has never been able to use ,twice we have been told the refund is on it's way the last time being 4 months ago.
PLEASE do not get mugged off by this crooked excuse of a company stay well clear.

I returned my hearing aids because they didn't work and was assured that my refund was on the way. It never came and now their phone number is disconnected and they don't answer my emails. This company is a scam!

I ordered these hearing aids for my husband on the understanding there was a 90 day guarantee that if they were not suitable there would be a full refund. The hearing aids looked okay but kept whistling, echoing and we're uncomfortable theyndid not help my husbands hearing at all!!
Customer services appeared to be helpful...but it was just an empty promise having contacted them many times now there is still no refund and I don't expect there ever will be

I purchased two hearing aids the right aid the contact came out with the battery contacted the numerouse time but rubbish result. Didn't want a refund just a replacement right Aid would not recommend to anyone as you cannot trust their word. If you can't trust some ones word. Thats a very sad thing truth and honesty is just a curtesy

Got mine over a year ago and they still work fine. Maybe some of the complaints were looking for a miracle. It's not Miracle Ear that's a different product.
Did have problems with the wax guard plugging but took them out and added one of the ear covers and has been enjoyable to hear better.
