No refund received

I returned Order #260446 under Return #4214558 and have been assured I would receive full refund. The items were received by Hue and it is now late April 2023 and no refund has come in.

On 4/18 I posted a negative review for Hue Hearing/Dr.Sound. I have never received a refund after returning the hearing aids which are a terrible product. Nonetheless, after posting said review, there was an auto-generated answer from Hue Hearing that if I would just contact them at Huehearing.com and give them my order number, they would proceed. Haven't heard so much as a word from them. I have filed a complaint with the California Consumer Board as well as the San Jose, CA BBB. This is a con company that does not adhere to their guarantees. They steal your money with no intention of returning it. Please DO NOT do business with either Dr.Sound or Hue Hearing. RIP OFF.

BEWARE...DO NOT BUY FROM HUE

Ordered hearing aids back in December arrived mid January a month later than advised. Right hand hearing aid failed after a week. Hue Hearing offered replacement but in the interim the left hand one also failed. Requested full refund on 6 Feb but still no refund. Sent several emails chasing refund.i have received no response to my last email. BEWARE...DO NOT USE

Scam Company - Avoid!!!!

I would give this company -10 if I could. My 86 year old mum ordered these hearing aids after reading all the fake good reviews they have on their website. When she received them they didn’t help her hearing at all as they are just an amplifier, so she contacted the company to return them to which she received several replies trying to persuade her to keep them, offering 30% off etc. eventually she was told to keep them and her refund would be processed. That was on 6th March, it’s now 22nd April and she is no further forward she just receives the same email each time from a different person saying the same thing but still no refund. This company is a SCAM, they offer a 90 day trial period but have no intention on refunding. AVOID!!!

Didn't get a refund

Asked to return the aids as they said they have a 90 day return policy but it's been 2 months now and no return. I would not recommend these aids as they are not true hearing aids they are simply a amplifier

DO NOT DEAL WITH HUE HEARING!! I WOULD LEAVE A “ZERO STARS” RATING IF…

I WOULD LEAVE A “ZERO STARS” RATING IF THAT WAS POSSIBLE. The phone number they provide (with a “669” area code) either immediately disconnects or goes to a voice-mail-box that no one will ever follow up on. Their hearing aids are as good as their “satisfaction guaranteed” promise. Multiple promises of a refund (going back to February 2023) have been followed by nothing. If you manage to speak with anyone, you cannot believe them. A woman who said her name was Beatrice provided assurances the refund would be posted back to my credit card within 10 business days of 2/27/23. RUN AWAY, DON’T WALK, FROM HUE HEARING OR DR. SOUND OR WHATEVER THEY’RE CALLING THEMSELVES THIS MONTH — APPARENTLY TO AVOID THE LAWYERS AND CREDITORS.

POST-SCRIPT: After I posted the preceding review, someone from Hue Hearing posted a generic response apologizing for their failures, providing an email address, and asking me to send an email with my order number so they could process the refund. Guess what? That’s right: THEY LIED AGAIN! No refund, no further response, no nothing. Is Hue Hearing run by a bunch of criminals? I’ll leave that for you to decide.

I tried they’re trial plan it took over…

I tried they’re trial plan it took over a month to get the hearing aids. The hearing aids were very noisy and I didn’t like having to adjust them with a screwdriver. I’ve been using hearing aids for over 10 years. I returned then and they are refusing to refund my money. Ripoff!

One star is too high

One star is too high, over a month to receive them, poor quality, poor sound. I returned them at my expense, received an email verifying that they received them and that the refund was processed…. 6 weeks later and multiple emails and still no refund.

1 star is too much

Update at the bottom! 1 star is too much but I have to put one in order to write a review. I’m am a low income person who has tinnitus and hearing loss. Enough loss to have my family to constantly repeat themselves multiple times, but not enough for Medi-Cal to pay for them. I can’t have more than one person talk at one time because it all becomes noise and no longer words. Watching tv and listening to music drowns all other noise out even when it’s at the lowest volume for me to hear and with kids that’s not safe. I have a huge amount of unexplained negative space behind my ear drums. So finding Dr. Sound or Hue Hearing, I sincerely thought I found a God send.
I ordered a pair of so called hearing aids on March 9, 2023, in hopes that it would help in someway. It’s now over a month (April 12th to be exact) and all I’ve gotten is a whole lot of bull crap filled emails from random people. Initially I received an email saying my order is not on its way. Then an email confirming my order. The next day a call, a male representative saying that the order didn’t go through. At this point I’m getting frustrated and I explained to him that I have already been charged and I can prove it with a print out from my bank. The man said and I quote “oh ok, I’ll go ahead and send in the ticket and have your order processed.” We what?! I got charged and my order hasn’t been processed?! Oh I was pissed. Since he had hung up right after, I tried calling back to that same number; no surprise that it went straight to voicemail.
I put in for a chargeback at my bank and I plan on taking this up in court. Because of my financial and medical situation it’s more than just about the money at this point. This company is scamming people like me and they will scam you too! Don’t fall for their scam like I did. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL!

- I’ve tried several times to get in contact to get a refund without any luck. With all the time wasted and frustration caused by this matter I feel that it is time to file a class action.

- It is now 7/14/2023, still nothing! I called no response! I never got my money back from this company, nor have I received what I ordered! This company is fraudulent and they are thieves!

Don’t Fall for This Scam

If I could give less than one star I would. They are running a total scam. The devices do not work and after acknowledging my return they continue to string me along about the refund and I have little hope of ever receiving it. Do not buy these!

As a happy customer of HueHearing aids…

As a happy customer of HueHearing aids I can confirm mine have operated as they should. I notice a lot of the complaints here are related to delivery or non-delivery of the product and/or shoddy service and only some about the product itself. It took me a while to work out balance for volume and the small screw driver is for adjusting a very small volume control. This should most definitely be more accessible. Also, directing the aid deep into the ear is a bit difficult but I got it right eventually. For the price I am certainly happy and the product does what it's meant to do. I can’t understand why the company seems to have let down so many would be customers. Hopefully they will improve their service and outreach.
