I ordered two hearing aids in early March.It still has not arrived now that it is 24 May.I contacted the company two weeks ago.They apologised and said they had high demand it was being got ready for shipping.It still has not arrived even though I paid an extra nineteen dollars for expedited shipping to Australia.

Utter scam, no product after one month and then no refund months later. Avoid.

Hue Hearing is not to be trusted! The hearing devices did not live up to their hype and neither did the Hue Hearing Company. The devices (aids) would squeal (what they refer to as a whistle) loudly at random times as well as every time inserting or removing them. They wrongly amplified sounds in the room. They loudly amplified the sound of chewing crunchy foods. They did not make voices easier to understand.

Purchased 12/15/22, I returned them 3/7/23, well within the trial period, with the return label that they provided, but still have not received my refund after 11 weeks. I have emailed them at least 5 times, first requesting and then demanding a refund but have received nothing but empty promises.

Today, I turned it over to the credit card fraud dept which I had hoped to avoid.

Terrible company to deal with. Still waiting for my refund! Guess I will never see it but still trying.

I did not like the sound of the hearing aid and returned it a few weeks after I received it. Receipt acknowledgment came about a week later. That was well over three months ago. I have e-mailed the company several times and always get a courteous, overnight response. But that's as far as it goes. All talk and no action. The latest response was that something had gone wrong with their return system and that they were working on fixing it. Judging from the other reviews, I'd say they never had a return system in the first place.
If you have purchased some of these hearing aids and are not pleased with them, don't bother returning them and basically just giving them back. Keep them and at least have something to show for your money.

I am on number 9 of the emails sent to this company trying to receive my refund of the hearing aids. they were sent back and marked received by the company. Packaged just as it should have been within the time frame shown. The website states, refunds guaranteed.
This has been happening since February and it is now almost June. . . . .

I have been waiting 5 months for my order to be processed with no explanation. I eventually requested a full refund and that has subsequently been ignored.

The hearing aids did not work for me, I asked for a refund for both hearing aids that cost me £109 but never got the refund. As soon as HueHearing knew I wanted a refund I became invisible to them they would not refund or even reply to my emails. All in all a rubbish company who will not refund you at all just a rip off so you have been warned.

Ordered a pair of hearing aids, also took out an extended warranty. Before the end of the 12 month warranty one hearing aid became faulty, on reporting the problem, had a message saying no worry they would send a replacement out. This was six weeks ago despite repeated promises that I would get a new aid. My last message informed them that unless I had notification within 5 days that a new one was in the post, I would write a bad review. Needless to say I have heard nothing back. Do not touch with a barge pole. Have also asked for a refund on the extended warranty. HA HA. Bill

My husband is on his second pair of hearing aids. We called to order wax cards on February 6 of this year and it’s been 16 weeks and they cannot process the order. I ordered them from Amazon and had them delivered in two days. We want to get a refund. I have called every day during business hours the number that was written, and it has been ringing busy every single day.

been promised a replacement for failed hue hearing aid since early march. Received many apologies and promises.but no action.

HUEHEARING / DR. SOUND IS A SCAM!!!!
Almost 30 days since I FIRST requested a refund and all I am getting is a bunch of delays and placating language from some guy named Ron.
***HERE ARE NEXT STEPS -- CRITICAL WITHIN FIRST 90 DAYS OF PURCHASE***
1. Contact your credit card to dispute ASAP -- they will take your information and issue you a temporary account credit while they investigate. Your credit card will charge Dr. Sound the amount that you should have been refunded and give them (Dr. Sound) up to 45 days to prove that you owe the money. More than likely, Dr. Sound will not respond because they have no footing -- and the case will be closed in your favor. (Yeah, you got your money back!)
2. PLEASE contact the Federal Trade Commission at ftc.gov and click on the button that says, "Report Fraud". With enough of us reporting them, the FTC will go after these fraudsters.

DOCTOR SOUND IS THE MARKETING ARM OF HUE HEARING. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM EITHER COMPANY, THEY ARE SCAM COMPANIES THAT DO NOT HONOR THEIR PROMISE. THEY WILL KEEP YOUR PAYMENT IF YOU RETURN THE PRODUCT. ITS A PROFIT CENTER FOR THEM TO NOT RETURN YOUR PAYMENT. THEY WILL THEN SEND OUT YOUR HEARING AIDS TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER. LOOK AT ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS FOR BOTH COMPANIES. STAY AWAY!

i returned hearing aids in Feb. 2023 and never rec'd a refund. I have contacted them several times via email and attempted to call customer service to no avail. They indicated they would refund my money but nothing has been returned. Now i don't even receive emails back.

Ordered hearing aid on 1st February 2023,after numerous e-mails still have not received my order now asking for a refund but don’t hold out much hope of getting my money back,don’t touch this company with a barge pole.

If you’re a legitimate company, why don’t you have a listed phone number that a customer can call? Had I read these reviews before I bought them, I would never have since I’m having the same experience as all these people here! They received my return on 3/7 and even after 4 e-mail exchanges apologizing for not receiving my refund yet, it is now 2 months later and still no refund! I See here, there is probably little hope!

I tried the hearing aids and didn't like them. They didn't block out the background noise as stated. In less than 60 days I sent them back. I was supposed to get a refund for sending them back. I even have a return #. But still haven't received my money. They won't answer my phone calls or emails. I wouldn't have anything to do with this company.

Ordered hearing aids back in December. They were supposed to be delivered, but never arrived. Promised new ones would be sent, but never had confirmation. Been chasing a refund since February with no success. Multiple emails from me have gone unanswered. Under no circumstances should anyone use this company. Would not award this company any stars.

Do not buy!!! Company is a scam!! Sent them back and was promised a refund...after 2
months no refund. Called credit card company and disputed the claim as I had sent them back and had an email from them saying they had received them back. They tried to dispute that with the cc company. How stupid!!!

I sent the original back..received 2 more replacements.that did not work any better..they said it was the batteries I was using..even though they were brand new..tried 10 batteries same problem..Finally got a refund after 3 months...buyer beware
