Our first ever hearing aids purchased 2/4/2023. Ceased functioning 6/26/2023. They worked fine until today.

This company is a FRAUD. They advertise "Money Back" if not satisfied. They took my money, I tried them and found them to be unsatisfactory, I returned them for a refund after many many requests, They acknowledged receipt of them and They have kept my money. CROOKS. Now they changed the name to DrSound or something like that. KEEP AWAY!

A bunch of scammers. Bought hearing aids back in February and still have not received in June. No response to my emails. Going to discuss this with my bank.

I agree with all of the scamming reviews of this company. I've been dealing with them since I purchased these hearing aids in February. They didn't work and took all actions per their instructions to return them. They received them in early March and have been trying to get my refund since then. At first they were responding to my e-mails saying the money was on the way but after 2 months when I was given the same answer I let them know I might need to take further matters they stopped responding. When I try to go on the website now nothing comes up. Don't make the same mistake I made and order from them. A BIG SCAM!!! BAD BUSINESS!!

This company has not returned my money after I returned my hearing aids as instructed. They no longer respond to any communication.

I ordered a right ear hearing aid in April took my money $ 109 dollars never ship the earing aid,nice going

SCAM. Hue Hearing seems to have gone out of business. The take your money online but NO GOODS ARE DELIVERED and NO MONEY IS REFUNDED. Phone line is disconnected and they do not respond to emails. Do not make any payments, you will not get your purchases

Cancelled order in March as no delivery, still awaiting refund, was told they were going to refund within 10 days, still awaiting refund (12 June) and messages being ignored or sent back undelivered, anyone help with customer services who actually listen to you?

I ordered left and right hearing aids last December which didnt arrive in the time specified, so contacted Hue hearing via email, who assured me they where on the way, so 5 weeks later they arrived at my address in the uk . . So, the right one was great, but the left had distortion, so they offered to replace that free, great, so i ordered another set and paid £96 that was February and i havent received anything, i contacted them via email and they just keep apologising and saying they are on there way . . So last week May 23 i asked them to refund my money, strangely enough, i havent heard a thing from them, so they owe me a replacement and £96 😡

The devices amplifies sound but quality is very fuzzy and variable. They have a nagging tendency to whistle, which made them difficult to adjust position in the ear and fine tune sound volume or clarity, especially in my weak right ear. They are non-rechargeable, which is also a negative in this era. The batteries did not last long at all. I bought these thinking the low cost was a low risk if proven to be useless, and so I'm not really surprised that this was the outcome. Worst of all, they stopped working altogether after a little over a week, so the spare batteries l bought are a further waste of money.

I ordered my hearing aids in February 1/23 they told me 14 day delivery. They were in a rush to take my money but they still haven’t delivered my hearing aids. They will not respond to my emails or phone calls. They are a total scam company, they better hope I never visit them as they will need more than hearing aids after I deal with them. Bunch of lowlife rip off artists.

EVERYTHING IS WRONG! PLEASE EVERYONE who has been ripped off by Hue Hearing join me on social media and contacting our State Representatives about the FRAUD HUE HEARING IS DOING TO THE PUBLIC. I am beyond disgusted and angry and done trying to reach out to them. I am on fb and Twitter and tik tok. Please let's get together and tell our stories.

Do not purchase anything from this company, if there is a problem you will never get a refund.

I ordered a replacement for my left ear on February 21. I still have not received it after writing to the company twice. It charged my account. FRAUD!

Terrible customer service although they make out they are being helpful, they are not! They don’t respond directly to what is required after countless of emails. I bought a hearing aid under the impression that it could be returned if not happy with it. Well, I was not happy with it and wanted to return it. Simple. Not to Hue Hearing. Countless emails giving me more instructions to use the hearing aid (don’t care, want to return), countless promises money will be returned and then finally an email saying they are having problems with their return system. What a joke. Avoid if you are thinking of trying and maybe returning if change your mind.

I have called & emailed regarding a return I made on 04/28/23. All I get are polite assurances & false promises but no refund. I've reached out several times. I'm always told that the refund is coming. I'm at the end of my rope. It's frustrating & time consuming.
I'm going to have to go in another direction to get some satisfaction.

I purchased both HUE Hearing Aids, and bought the 3-yr extended
Warranty back in 2022. I have tried to get a replacement set for 3 to 4 months. They won’t answer the phone and each time I contact them online, I get the same message telling me they are so sorry and it will be about 2wks to ship the replacements.
DO NOT BUY THESE AIDS!!! Total waste of money!!

Received product in January. Returned it in February. They acknowledged receipt but still haven’t received refund. They responded to most of my 5 emails and the would get management to expedite the refund. Haha. Hasn’t happened. I found the phone number and it always has a busy signal. Very upset

I bought a hearing aid and 60 batteries in December 2022. There was a 90 day return policy. I DID return them in the time frame-February 15, 2023. I got a RMA label and tracking number. The package was delivered and I have not been credited the entire amount. They denied they received the package. I have the entire tracking of the package from my PO to New Jersey. Barbara Moore
