I have ordered a few bits for my 1969 V750 from the website and over the phone. Quick delivery and very helpfully.

Generally pretty good service, however it was over a week before I received the goods.

Gutsibits had the manuals I needed.
Just hope they mark the shipment with "books" next time, because those are free of custom charges in Norway.

The knowledge that I'm getting the right part, the correct oil etc. Price seems ok. My only gripe is the extra cost to post to Northern Ireland which is part of the UK.

Jo answered my questions very promptly and I was able to place and pay for the order very easily. the only slight disappointment was that the parts I ordered had to be supplied from Ital (Brembo) and as I live in Italy it would have been great if they could have been sent to me directly, however Jo said that they had to go via the UK.

Great product and a really nice update for my Guzzi. It would have been helpful to mention upfront that import tax is payable in addition to UK VAT, which added €13. Besides, I had to chase the package with the carrier for a few days as additionally payable tax obviousy is not standard there.

There was an error in the manual that I ordered, on the cover it was correct but the interior it was for a different machine. I contacted Gutsibits and Hamish replied immediately with an offer to send out the correct manual free of any charges. First class service.
