Fast delivery, and excellent assistance from the 2 guys who had to unload our very bulky treadmill. We were very impressed, and would highly recommend.

The movers did not have a trolley to move the piano they were collecting, and as a result our wooden floor has been damaged. They spoke very little English so it was difficult to communicate with them about putting down protection on the floor.

Delivery was delayed by 4 days as the van had broken down only told 15 minutes prior to delivery slot . No alternate van Very rude and unhelpful when I called

Very professional. We were informed by text prior to delivery, unfortunately this date wasn’t convenient so we messaged back asking to change the date, a text followed shortly after offering another date which was perfect. Another message was sent the night before reminding us of our delivery and the time period between which it would arrive. The following day we received yet another message saying they were 17 minutes away, 15 minutes later they were on our doorstep. Very quick and considerate offloading. Absolutely no complaints and would definitely recommend.

These guys were so good - Friday afternoon, raining and my lift was out of service! Fortunately, I only live on the first floor, but nevertheless it was hard work and the guys did the job with no complaints. I was extremely grateful.

I had a 6 foot standing mirror and 43 inch TV collected and delivered for a 200 mile journey. I was worried about it being such a large and delicate item, but the mirror made it! Good communication. Would use again. Thank you!

Delivered 2 sofas for me both drivers polite friendly and extremely helpful tried every solution they could to try and fit the sofa through after numerous attempts we came to the conclusion it’s a window job… which wasn’t the guys fault was mine for not measuring they was great sorry didn’t catch there names

Awful experience. Online updates were not working, delivery time between 6pm - 9pm, eventually arrived at 9.45pm.

Delivery was to a first floor flat, I was told by the completely unbothered delivery men that upstairs delivery would cost more, but delivery had been organised by the company I purchased with and was not under my control. The two men said nothing just fled and left me with two sofas, an armchair and footstool in the shared entryway of a block of flats at 10 at night.

I had to ask a visiting family member for help and it took over an hour to get them upstairs, it was gone 11pm by the time we had it sorted.

I cannot recommend this service under any circumstances. The delivery men were extremely uncaring and unconcerned about the predicament they left me in.
