If I could give less than 1 star I would! They say they guarantee a refund but you have to post back to China at your own expense. I don't trust they would even give a refund. Really poor quality goods

Do not purchase any items from this company !
They verbally and photo graphically mislead items they are offering for sale.
When you ask for a refund you are then offered a percentage of the purchase price and told you may keep the faulty goods that do not resemble the advertised product.
Why are they allowed to trade, I do not know.

This company is dreadful. They advertise as a uk site but my items came directly from China with a declared value of £0.42. I had paid almost £50 for them. They were 8 inches smaller than advertised so completely useless. They wouldn’t fit a small child. Although I paid through PayPal I contacted the company to arrange a return to the uk address. They ignored me. Three months after opening a complaint on PayPal they have agreed to a refund if I post the items At my own expense to an address in China and they receive them there. This is the best PayPal can do for me after three months. Hugely disappointed in PayPal. Don’t even get a posting label I have to try to write the Chinese address in Chinese 🙈🙈 My advice is do not buy anything from this rogue company Even through PayPal which I expected to protect me

This company are terrible, do not use under any circumstances. Ordered a top on line after seeing their advertisement on Facebook. Ordered a 2XL and they sent a small. When I received the order confirmation I contacted them immediately on the customer service email. No reply. Second email sent, no reply. They eventually sent the wrong item, I contacted them again via payal and received a brash reply stating if I wanted a refund I would need to pay for shipping to China. They refused to pay the postage despite their error and now have a top that is 4 sizes too small!

Scam Company - Avoid buying anything from this Company. Ordered a mini CPAP machine, was sent an empty plastic case with no motor/rechargable battery or fans inside. They have offered a 50% refund. Declined. Have raised a dispute with PAYPAL.

Toilet brush I received is very poor quality and certainly not value for money

Not received toilet brush and discovered I could have bought one much cheaper online.

I ordered what was supposed to be an electronic usb chargeable mini CPAP machine to help me breathe at night. The item delivered was a nostril expander with no electronic parts at all that cost me close to 15 quid! Anyway, I was told I could return the item to China! at a cost that was far more than what I paid in the first place. For a company supposedly based in the UK and subject to UK legislation this is a very show and nothing more than a reseller of cheap goods imported directly from China.

I ordered some drill bits around the 3rd of June 2020. After 2 weeks they still hadn't arrived. I contacted the company & had no reply. After nearly 3 weeks, I ended up contacting Zimomo through PayPal as I paid through them thankfully! I had a response telling me it was due to covid19 that my item was late to arrive & provided me with a tracking number to prove my item had been shipped. I waited the week they suggested! I then contacted them again, they asked me to wait another week, but I had only two more days remaining to create a claim with PayPal. I chose to raise a claim with PayPal and today, they resolved the situation in my favour. Its taken TWO MONTHS and I can confirm I've still not received anything. Its a scam! PayPal confirmed the tracking code they provided me was untrustworthy and invalid. Save yourself the hassle!!

Recently bought two mini camera's via Paypal and have not received this order, no contact whatsoever and when I contact them to complain I get a crazy automated response which won't allow me to write any details on. Avoid this company I thinks it a scam although the money has been taken from my account.
