Absolute rubbish. I bought what I thought was a triangular mop & all I received was a mop head from China. I paid £7.99 plus £4.99 postage for a cheap bit of material. As yet no reply to my email & am looking to reclaim from PayPal. This was advertised on Facebook & the details lead you to believe it’s a UK company which it is not.

DO NOT BUY I purchased an attachment to "turn your hose in to a jet wash" it is useless. Anyone who has bought this, request your money back. I did and have received a full refund. utter rubbish.

Terrible. I wished I had read the reviews before dealing with them. They should not be allowed to trade in this country. They did not supply what was advertised and will only offer 50% refund and I can keep what I have. If I send them back at my expenses they will refund me 80%. How long will that take? Do not touch them. Not worth one star. I cannot believe their reviews on their web page.

This company should be stopped from trading total scam.

I ordered items in summer last year and I was led to believe there would be a delay because of covid. My husband was the seriously ill and I only questioned non delivery of bought goods at end of Jan this year. The company says they can’t locate my transaction despite me sending all sorts of numbers on their receipt and order confirmation! Pay pal on to it but DONT deal with this company ! It is the worst and most unreliable company I have ever dealt with!

Gloves described as 'heated gloves'. Ordered via PayPal with 'pay after delivery'. Did not arrive in time for Xmas, so at about day 12, I raised a complaint on PayPal. Company replied saying that they were on their way, but PayPal suspended payment until resolved. The gloves arrived, with a postal date AFTER my complaint! They were never heated gloves! Just basic neoprene gloves, for which I had paid £17.98 incl. postage.

I stated this on PayPal, and the company just returned the full amount to PayPal with no explanation. SO I was never charged.

I wouldn't deal with this company, or ANY company in China that is not properly reviewed, UNLESS I had the backup of PayPal.

If I could give them 0 stars I would absolutely rubbish pair of jeggins totally laughable. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I did receive my markers but the majority of them were dried up and i’m not getting any response from them.

As with previous reviews I was stupid and did not check where this UK! company was and lo and behold they are in China and my gloves never arrived. SOOOOOO annoyed! This review is actually minus 2 stars

Ordered pop riveting tool including 120 pop rivets for over 15 pound. ,, Only pop rivets arrived. , that works out at over 10 p per rivet ! CONTACT US ...NO TELEPHONE NUMBER AVAILABLE !

I thought it was a UK company it's not it's from China. The jeggings I ordered took a month to arrive and when they did the quality for the price I payed was a joke!! I asked for a refund they used the excuse of covid as to why they don't accept refunds but offered a 50% refund if I keep the jeggings. They ignore my emails and I have had no refund. Complete scam!

Not worthy of even one star. Misleading advert led me to believe I was buying a rotating brush with 3 interchangeable heads. I thought I was dealing with a UK company but turns out to be China. Waste of money as I now have 3 brushes with no attachment to secure them to. Stay well away

I ordered a triangular rotating mop to enable me to clean wall tiles, the handle wasn't included only 3 mop heads. These are totally useless to me, what a waste of my money. I am so disappointed and I will never use this Company again.

Pay Pal should stop working with this company ASAP. I have the same complaints as everyone else. Paid for items on this site and never got them very very disappointed that PayPal are still working with this company.

Purchased Overpriced Marker Set for a gift, which was never received, even after 2 months. Emailed this fraudulent company many times and finally filed claim with PayPal. PayPal should not be doing business with this Chinese based company!! There are enough horrible reviews for this company and PayPal is aware of their fraudulence. Many claims have already been filed against them. Zimomo deceives, and wants buyers to Believe they are a UK company. Facebook should remove all ads from this company instead of allowing fraudulent companies to advertise. So disappointing in every aspect. Oh how I wish I had the proper info to research this company before placing the order. THIS NEEDS TO STOP! THEY NEED TO STOP!!

Ordered two items as Christmas gifts from delighter UK following an ad on Facebook. Money taken from my account, goods not received. Seller not responding. I have now raised a trading standards fraud report via Citizens Advice and I have given full information taken from companies house records. Hoping my bank will refund me as I paid by debit card and they operate a chargeback scheme.

Shame I cannot write this review with zero stars. Absolute rubbish. The amount of emails I have sent warmday and zimomo is ridiculous with no replies to cancel order as item still not delivered. I expect them to be pathetic chinese tripe company. Rip off rip off rip off. I should have known better than to trust chinese crap

Ordered a product. Totally unusable as a bit was missing. Sent loads of e mails with pictures attached. NOTHING. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
