Ordered a cheap light plastic gizmo and they had the cheek to charge me £5 postage, rip off merchants

Moment of weakness. Clicked on TWO seemingly unrelated Insta ads. Bought two products. Neither came. Both PayPal payments were to “zimomo”. Company is totally uncontactable. Avoid at all costs, you’re just giving money away.

I bought a bag for my wife in good faith it was coming from a uk company however the Chinese are now trading under uk names and your cash will go to China and if you do get your goods it will be 9-10 weeks if you get them at all DONT TOUCH THIS COMPANY

I ordered some goods from this place they took the money and i never received the goods so please do not ordere a thing from them so disappointed as what i ordered was a xmas presents

Please do not be misled. I bought a piece of clothing at £24.98 inc postage. I thought this was a UK company. Wrong. The item ordered came from China and was not worth the money I paid for it. I followed the return instructions at my own expense recorded delivery which cost me £11.10. However PayPal refunded this to me immediately. I received no refund from seller and their email in their order details and via PayPal was invalid. I contacted them through the dispute resolution centre and they responded saying they couldn’t accept the item due to corona virus and offered 80% refund. Not sure how virus stops them accepting the item but not sending it in the first place. However that is a lie as the recorded delivery information provided to them shows they accepted the item. I shall escalate this through the resolution centre if they won’t offer refund.

This company needs to be stopped asap as they are ripping people off , either sending shoddy goods and the ignoring you when you try to get a refund or taking your money and sending nothing. Trading Standards need to be chasing them . I am still waiting a response despite numerous emails.I have also reported them to paypal , who have also written to them with no response. They also trade under Delighteruk which is the one I got sucked in on and they also use Labubu Ltd Suite 3a, Wensley House, 9 Purdeys Way, Rochford, Essex, England, SS4 1ND

I also bought a change bag I ordered Pink and got Black with no clips to attach the strap, picture they use to advertise the bag shows a very different bag to what I actually received, I contacted Customer Service and was told to return the bag to CHINA at my own cost ....... I have since contacted them twice more and get no response ...... total rip off I actually paid £19:99 for a bag I wouldn't give to anyone it is so cheap and nasty looking.

Bought a phone bag. So nice on advert i nearly bought a few for Christmas presents. I received it but nothing like described. With postage cost £14.98. Such cheap quality vinyl and the shoulder strap doesn't even have attachments. You have to slot through a gap and tie a knot! Paypal should be ashamed of themselves acting as agents for this rip off company. Been advised by PayPal to contact seller. They should just take responsibility without you having to contact dishonest people first.

This company is the worst I have ever dealt with. I ordered goods weeks ago, and never heard anything since. Contacted PayPal and they are to take up the case. The money paid taken straight away from my Paypal account, I’m surprised they deal with this dreadful company - should take them of their list as soon as possible.

Only deserves a zero rating. Product absolutely not worth the £14.98 I paid for it (not even £4.98). I'll be more cautious in future when responding to online advertising. Obviously an immoral company conning people out of their hard-earned money. Paypal should ban them.

unfortunately cant give zero stars ordered product over 6 weeks ago never received escalated to pay pal who denied my claim due to tracking number which means nothing.i did not get item.avoid company at all costs unless you have money to throw away

I bought two digital spoons from this company they were £14.99 each and With postage £33.97 they arrived they are absolutely rubbish and no invoice no return address so at a complete lost which I cannot afford,DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, only given one star as won’t let me put zero

Awful. Despite a uk website, discovered to my peril that "Warmday" (or Zimomo) is from China. Ordered a bag over 5 weeks ago, heard nothing. After reading these reviews, thought I'd contact them but had no joy. I have escalated it to PayPal in the hope of a refund. A "tracking number" says nothing. Avoid this company at all costs!!!

Absolutely do not buy anything from this company... I stupidly followed a link in FB and because the company was a .co.uk company I thought all was legit..... I finally received the item (Weeks it took) a Peek a boo bear and what a crock of crap it was, and totally dangerous for a child.... I’ve emailed, messaged every way possible, the first one came back saying I’m to send it back and pay the postage, I said nope I’ve already paid postage it’s down to them but nothing back.... I’ve written to the company that sell the legitimate product so hopefully they can get all advertising taken down.... unfortunately they will probably set up under another name. I paid via PayPal to so hopefully they can stop this happening ....Also wished I looked at the reviews first, lesson learnt

I gave one star as not able to do none. I ordered an item that when arrived wouldn’t work. I contacted them and had a choice of keeping item of £30 and getting a refund of £15 (which means they have made £15 out of me, and I have lost £15) or post back to them at £10 and they would pay me £20 ( which means they have made £10 out of me and I have lost £20) These options are not options, it’s daylight robbery. The item is faulty. Anyone know where I can go from here? It’s the principle that makes me annoyed. DO NOT USE THEM AND SPREAD THE WORD

Avoid at all costs - 'YU ZE SPIN' - They advertise their product in such a way as to trick the buyer into thinking we are buying their product as advertised, not merely an attachment to it.

Ordered a product 3 weeks ago, heard nothing from them since.
I have emailed them and they never even bothered to reply, do not use this company.
