order was wrong, and cheap! i returned with tracking no. and nothing, no refund at all!!! they did in the beginning they said they could only send me 50%, because of covid.????? I said it didn't stop you from accepting the full amount!!!! so that is not acceptable!!
i have written numerous times but no answer. i have sent the postal report saying they received the garments and there is a signature on file!!!

I ordered the beautiful Xmas wreaths for my fireplace mantle...supposed to be at least 2 feet tall with gorgeous bells hanging...received...they are plastic twigs of greenery glued to paper with wrinkled little bows..about 12" high. i could have purchased at dollar tree for a buck. I really examined the ad and of the photos of the large wreaths that were half the size of the front door in the pic. OMG

I ordered and received the crystal advent calendar. It was supposed to have different types of rocks and crystal in it. It was full of cheap round glass beads and about 3 - 4 very ordinary rocks, out of 25. Biggest rip off and would have been very disappointing at Christmas time if left to open then. Wasted my money on this one. False advertising big time!

They advertised an Advent Calendar with a different rock (gem) everyday under the name Lokinsetin. I received a cheap box of rocks, and tried to return for what I ordered have been given a run around.

I ordered two tops in July -no tracking information to date, I am crazy to order anything on Facebook because all companies are in China-I am out 28.98 -scam, scam, scam-do not order from this company

I ordered a bag from them, luckily I paid through PayPal as there was no communication from the seller, no delivery details, lodged a complaint with PayPal and got my money refunded instantly. Stay away from this seller.

I ordered a selfish stick-on August 11, 2022 and I still waiting. I paid for Paypal.com. I can't believe.

ZIMOMO IS A SCAM.
They advertised a "Solution Weld" miracle soldering rods. I did NOT do my homework and check out reviews and ratings and check the company out. I ordered these on April 9, 2022. This is May 2, 2020 and no such thing was ever even sent out.
They should be blocked from advertising and selling in the future.

BIG FAIL Zimomo LLC Just had my refund via PayPal for not receiving the goods advertised!!! Zimomo LLC Did all they could not to refund me using every trick in the book to make my claim timeout. I have forwarded all correspondence to trading standards so hopefully there will be a knock on the door to the directors shortly. Stay well away from this mob of fraudsters.

Item has arrived very late and as broken and it wasn't as described on their page.They advertise as stained glass but it was cheap acrylic which is they are misleading people. They do not accept broken item back and refuse to refund my payment about £ 20 .I would never buy anything from this company.They are not acting as a professional company.Definatelly not recommended.
