I paid for a carry bag useful to slip over the handle of my pull along suitcase and eight suitcase wheel covers. This was 10 May 2024 and nothing has arrived.

The "company" wants an "order number" which it never provided and no tracking number either. I've emailed them four times to date stating clearly nothing was sent. It seems they're avoiding sending my products even though they've taken my money.

So now on 11 July 2024 it's no product and no refund. It would seem I'm dealing with Zimomo Singapore as there's a lot of Chinese letters, none of which I can read. Seems I've done my dough, but I'm continuing to pester them. I'm the water drip; the company is the rock.

I asked for a refund on a product I purchased from them and they are giving me the runaround about refunding the product.

Their customer service is lacking.

Beware you tube add for rear view mirrors to hang on windshield. It's a piece of junk it won't stick falls apart, Sent 4 emails to company for return and they dont return your emails. DONT BUY from them

Rear view mirror attachment for cell will not secure to rear view. It pops off each time I insert iPhone. I struggle to reattach then Insert iPhone cell holder pops off rear view again

What went wrong this time you ask?? This Company should be shut down as you scammed me out of money and looks like Hundreds more people.

Paypal allowed the transaction, but no email from Zimomo has ever been received regarding the confirmation of my order (nearly 3 weeks now). SCAM!

The worth company SCAM I wait for the item for over 3 months only to find out empty bags, no instruction , box in Chinese, when I try to return they told me that I will have to pay for the return and they only will be refund 50%, I fail to read the review before ordering. PLEASE DONT EVER ORDER FTOM THIS COMPANY

Zimomo is a SCAM! Do not buy from them!!! I ordered a Taylor Swift calendar and waited over a month to get it it. When I opened the package, it was a cheap Roaring 20’s calendar I could buy at a Dollar Store. I paid $21.00 for the calendar!

Buyers beware!!! Biggest ripoff ever! Purchase was not as described and the clothing shrunk 4 sizes after being washed. Emailed the company twice and received no reply. I had to contact PayPal in order to receive a lousy 50% refund. Avoid this company at all costs.

Money taken, goods not received. Email sent at 11 weeks and no reply.

Scam period. Unauthorized charge of $9.99 to see if card was current. Be aware of these scammers

Got the item, cheap and no size options ( gloves) but most of all CONTERFEIT POSTAGE. I was charged prior to shipping and upon delivery, bc of fake label, more shipping was due. Option to decline and return SHOULD have been my answer! . NEVER EVER ORDER from them and why the USA even accepts this BS is beyond me. They monitor everything else-and sure won’t let YOU send thru USPS without proper legal postage!!!

Received this product after 3 months of waiting with no response to emails ! The bottle arrived with no instruction booklet ! I'm only sorry I didn't check the reviews before ordering ! Lesson learned !

Ordered a pair of gloves in November and have not received them after 2 months. Emailed company support and have heard NOTHING in return. Paid in full via PayPal and clearly have been taken for $26+ dollars

This is a SCAM company. They use Covid as reason they won’t accept returns. According to other reviews they do not honor their refund policy. This company needs to be banned from advertising on any website as the products are not as stated. Cheap quality, cheap products.
