I was not ready to redeem credit this time but for some reason the system seemed to be hung up and was not recognizing my response. Therefore I was charged and felt forced to place an order. Very disappointed with the experience this time.

Great customer service
I was not able to find what I was looking for so I contacted the chat service and the person helped me after letting me send a screenshot via email..... then he actually sent me the link of what I was looking for! Helped me greatly! Placed my order within 5 minutes of their help!

Misleading
Seems misleading saying you can cancel your membership before where 6th of the month. But then my order was cancelled too. No fine print anywhere that says anything about this.
