I returned a pair of ill fitting joggers and opted for store credit since I already had something else I wanted but couldn't exchange for. The item I wanted is clearance, a Cozy hoodie for $34.97, but as soon as I select to use my $40.93 store credit the hoodie becomes full price. I should've only had to spend a few dollars between tariffs and taxes yet Yitty/Fabletics reduced my $40.93 credit to $2.40. I have the screenshots, before my credit at clearance the hoodie would be $32.70 but with my credit and your shadey upsale of a clearance item to full price the total was $30.30. I ended finding and adding a $25 promo and yet the hoodie somehow still cost me almost $20. I will be canceling my subscription after this bs!

I been looking for this under garment for such a long time and finally found it! I came across it in a retail store that gets from several different stores aftermarket. I bought this garment after gaining menopause weight and it has been a life changer for me, but it is wearing out. I’m super excited to finally find this store and order several more pieces of this brand they are quality made material very comfortable and they last a very long time. I cannot wait to receive my items. I recommend this company and will continue to shop here in the future.
Although I love their products, Yitty shipping and delivery needs a lot of improvement. I have been a member for a few years and cannot say that this issue has improved. For reference, I made an order from a different company around the same time which required my clothing to be shipped from an international warehouse. This order is already expected to be delivered tomorrow. I ordered two items from Yitty and it has been 5 business days (7 regular) and yet there is still NO tracking information other than the number. I tried reaching out to customer service and the only options given to me were to either cancel and select expedited shipping or just wait it out. Cancelling wasn’t an option as I was told I’d just be restarting the “clock”. Not to mention I even had to pay for the shipping due to not meeting the order minimum which is understandable but considering the time I have waited it is frustrating. So many companies now offer quick shipping and I feel like the items I ordered are pretty basic and staple items that should already be on hand. There are no perks for being a VIP at this point and I am just going to cancel my membership as it’s just been a negative experience.

This is my fist time buying from yitty so I’m excited to see how the pieces will work for me!
Too expensive of a company. Even with VIP membership, overpriced and not worth the membership.

I’m placing a new order now because I love the customer service I get from this company. I have had to return or exchange a few items and have never had a problem. The quality is amazing and I love everything I have gotten from them.
Unbeknownst to me, lingerer is not returnable. I'll donate what I bought to a women shelter. Yitty extended credits to me, and I was able to repurchase my items.

I am sick to death of the hidden fees and upcharges on every. single. thing. First of all, the membership credits are idiotic. What is the point of buying a $60 credit to buy a bra you sell for $35? Then, when I finally do find something that is worthwhile to use my credit and it is shockingly available in my size. At checkout, I'm informed that the item is covered by my credit and the shipping is free so all I have left is to pay the $7.95 mystery fee? What is it for? No way of knowing. Can I opt out of it? Unclear. Is $7.95 a lot of money? Not really but it really just seems extortive at this point. Next you'll charge me $5 to leave this review, A month from now, you'll send me a licensing fee to keep wearing the thing I'm buying today. I understand you're a business and need to make money but why not be up front about the price instead of leaving me feeling unhappy and cheated at the end of every transaction?

The website is great but a little cumbersome to navigate. Also revealing stock levels after selection makes shopping feel like a game of chance. Putting money into this company monthly only to play a game of chance on inventory selections is unfair and frustrating to the customer. As I long time customer it’s really frustrating and does not make shopping with your company admirable so it impedes on the my desire to share or commend this type of shopping.

The products themselves are great. However, it is a scam. You can only use your credit up to $100. Example if you have two credits and your items are $180 you will still be charged $80 + tax. Yet your two credits cost you $120 so it’s really a scam. Seems like you’re getting a “credit” but you’re paying more than what your cash is worth in the long run. Very sneaky. To bad because the products are great but you are getting scammed out of your money and not getting a deal like they pretend so keep that in mind. Shame on you Lizzo. @lizzo

I love buying their clothes. I'm a big girl, but they fit me! The clothes are giving, and very comfortable.
