Completely different product

Don't sign up for the VIP membership
I was a member since 2023. I requested to cancel my membership in late 2024, which at that time I had 5 membership credits and was billed shortly after my cancelation for abother credit. My membership was $59 (so about 354 dollars worth of credits). Since my cancelation last year I continually get notices about non payment. Fast forward my sister says hey they have xmas pj's. I long in to use my 6 credits and they are gone. I check my email nothing but marketing emails. I call customer service to be told my credits expired. After I asked a few questions it was clear that I lost my money.
It's definitely not worth in this current climate we are in. In addition to that are the discounts really discounts? When using member credits they add on so many additional fees you wind up paying almost full price... 😠 😡

Charging my credit card on the 6th of the month for VIP credits just to charge me tariffs when I use the credits. I am done with yitty. Go play with somebody else’s income.

Excellent customer service
I had a problem with the delivery. I noticed that the Wait is over! email didn’t arrive either. But according to the tracking number, the package had been delivered. Your employee processed a credit and when I went back in to re-order there was a limited time only price. So instead of two bralettes, I was able to order four. Very happy. Thanks!

Why are the tariffs charges so high?? Almost 8 dollar tariff charge on one piece of clothing is actually out of hand. Just insane. As soon as I use my credit I will be canceling my subscription.

Cancel your membership
I have the monthly subscription for VIP, but after this last order, I will be cancelling because not only do they severely overprice everything, then make everything seem like "it's on sale," so you're paying more sales tax since "everything is on sale", so you're paying tax on the "original price". On top of that youre also paying now a tarriff for each item, of $4, so instead of paying maybe $15 on sales tax and stuff, I paid $41 for 4 items, which I already paid for with my VIP subscription. Definitely not saving money at all. Shop somewhere else.
