I’m really disappointed with their customer service
I’m really disappointed with my experience ordering from Maravic (Order #28892).
I ordered a jumpsuit in my usual size, but when it arrived it was way too big—completely off in terms of sizing. After receiving it, I tried to contact their customer service via email to check whether it would be worth exchanging for one or two sizes smaller, but never received a response.
I decided to return the item and sent it back on 11 April using their GLS prepaid label. Since then, I’ve had zero updates—no confirmation of receipt, no refund, nothing.
What’s most frustrating is the complete lack of communication. I’ve tried reaching out multiple times via email, phone, and their website chat, and haven’t received a single reply.
At this point, I feel left in the dark and quite let down by both their sizing accuracy and customer support. I would not recommend based on this experience.
