Day 11 and still 1* (I would give minus if I could)
We have now had a 'technical assessment site visit form' which states Wickes made a site visit to identify the issues with our kitchen, dates 08/07/26 - how? They didn't arrange this, nor did anyone attend on 08/07/26 - what did they do, look through the window? Or are the contractors lying to Wickes and ourselves?
We still have a kitchen not fit for purpose - 6 months post purchase and we still cannot use. There is even a signature on the report to say they visited?
I have repeatedly asked for refund after refund after refund, so I can go elsewhere or get someone competent to fix the kitchen for me but Wickes keep ignoring me and not responding to my requests.
I have now copied in the CEO into email chains to hopefully gain some traction. This is a shambles they can leave someone retired with a kitchen in this state.
Wickes - where is my refund?
Please don't say, someone is dealing with your emails, because if you investigate you can see they are not, and we never get a meaningful response.
Please can someone take ownership and help support us.

I came to the Wickes store in Aintree, to discuss bathroom designs for both our main bathroom and ensuite. I was assigned Mark (Hewitt) as my bathroom designer.
Mark was friendly and very knowledgeable in his area of expertise and designed two outstanding bathrooms to suit our needs. We kept tinkering with the layout until we were both satisfied with the end product. His attention to detail was superb.
Mark also arranged to get the order delivered in record breaking time, as we had organised our own fitter, who was keen to start the work as soon as possible. Mark was always available for queries and got the job done.
10 out of 10 for Mark and Wickes, I would highly recommend.

Yousef (and indeed the young lady who accompanied him) was extremely helpful and polite, really listened to me and what I envisioned, I was offered solutions that didn’t feel in any way generic but specific to me. It helps that he’s a local lad too so knows the layout of my style of house, inside out.

Feedback is usually left when something is either very good or very bad.
Service in the Tunbridge Wells store is the worst - how any staff can complete a transaction without any words, no hello, cost please or thank you.
Also no notice that the lady was in any way unable to speak
It's a store is only ever use if nowhere else in a 20 mile radius had what I needed

Having written one review about Wicks Poor service, I was left with no alternative but to order from their online service. Not only was I charged for delivery but to this date the delivery has not turned up. Following my first review, I thought they might have been in contact with me to try and resolve matters surprise surprise they haven’t. In conclusion I would say avoid avoid avoid! This company can’t be trusted they’ve taken money and has failed to be delivered. Wicks hold your head in shame.

Being a young self employed plaster going to a merchants when starting off can be quite daunting but having staff like Pinny and Julie is amazing, they have been nothing but helpful everytime i see them, always offer the best customer service and never had a bad experience

I called in to find a garden box. Joe stopped what he was doing and took us to where they are in the store. He helped us get them in from the high shelf and advised on use. He carried them to the till and after we had paid carried them out to the car for us. What a very helpful and kind young man especially on such a hot day!! Thank you Joe.

Online order for next day delivery. Part arrives only to establish the balance is coming from one of their suppliers in a week or more, so cancelled order. Returned the delivered items, full refund straight away, however, the balance that has not been delivered, I must wait 14 working days for a refund. THIS IS SO, WRONG, an item "NOT" delivered and you have to wait this long for a refund.. BUYER BE AWARE, refunds are held back. And no amount of complaining gets you anywhere, emails are replied by algorithm, no human input, call centre just don't care or listen or understand.

Been contacted and told it has been sorted when it isnt. - sort it out!! Absolutely the worst company ive ever had to deal with. Sent damaged goods. Failed deliveries and return requests. No contavt. Refused to speak with management. Collected items but didn't refund.. ive had to chase, and still haven't been fully refunded. Ive spent hours chasing.. as a trade customer you'd expect more, but this is honestly the worst. I will not shop again with wickes thats for sure!
