Was helped out by a lovely young lady called Shaiba. She helped me pick the right stuff I needed without rushing me to make a choice. She gave me a few pointers and budget friendly options with a few laughs in between. Found her very easy to talk to which isn't easy these days, definitely a credit to the company. I'll be back for sure.

Great service from shaiba and Ancela at Perry barr wickes, mixed my paint and recommended few best things. Was effective and good advice.

I went into Wickes looking for a particular green shade of paint. I spoke to Ancela and she was very helpful and said she would get a colleague to help me. Saiba then appeared and after confirming I was happy with the shade of paint chosen, she proceeded to mix it for me in the Dulux machine. It was exactly what I had asked for. Saiba was knowledgeable. friendly, obliging and exceptionally professional in the task she was doing. A credit to the company. Aneca then served me at the checkout and was also professional in her job. Two thoroughly lovely ladies who deserve credit and recognition for their representation of the company.

I recently visited the Wickes Extra store in Perry Barr to pick up materials for a children's bedroom refurbishment project. The staff here were very welcoming and helpful. Pinny went out of her way to help me locate exactly what I needed, and her expert advice saved me so much time. Great selection of materials and friendly, knowledgeable staff. I would highly recommend this store.

We were helped by a great chap called Dal with a new kitchen. He helped us design and pick styles and plans and even was great when we chose to buy our own appliances. He helped with the coordination of deliveries and workmen, happily finding us a new option when we didn't like the first fitter. He was always happy to help, with a smile and a hearty shake of the hand. He also negotiated prices for us. A great experience because of a great chap who put what we wanted first and foremost.

Wickes were great at keeping in touch, ensuring all was going to plan and replaced a damaged door (came cracked) without question. The quality is so far holding up and we are well happy with our new kitchen 😁

We moved to Great Barr area approx 16 months ago and had a lot of renovation work to do to our home...we located our local Wickes which was Perry barr and started to use the branch and in nine out of ten times we were served/helped and assisted in many ways by JULIE,she is so friendly and helpful and a credit to Wickes..
