Very dishonest and unscrupulous people. They offered me a property at the time, and they asked me for the funds. Since I have some balance in my account and am also selling my current house, he said they would sell my house at a rate of 2.5 per cent. Initially, they emailed me to say my offer was accepted. They then tried to pressure me into selling my property through them. When I used another agent offering 1 per cent, they became angry and emailed me saying the vendor was not satisfied and had accepted another offer which was very unprofessional. I will definitely never use them again and always advise others to avoid them. They had already agreed to sell me the property and just because I used another agent to sell my property they accepted another offer despite already agreeing to sell to me. Absolutely unprofessional and ridiculous company. Never using this terrible company again.

Dan, a director, came out to value my property. He explained he knew many similar build properties close by and had success with their sales. He gave me some basic figures whilst on site saying he would send over later that day a full report including valuations with and without refurbishment. He would also provide details of historic property sales nearby.
For 2 days I heard nothing. I emailed chasing the report. No reply. The next day I then phoned and was told it would be done. That day I received an email stating it was an unusual property, which Dan had actually explained he knew these properties well, and he would send the report shortly.
Again I received nothing. I emailed stating they were obviously uninterested in selling my house. I got no reply!!

Whilst the company are, presumably, good at what they do, their conduct towards me after a recent interview was less than professional.
Natalie and Peter were both lovely through email and throughout the interview process. They responded promptly, acted professionally and painted an excellent impression for the business. Following my interview with Peter, I was told that I would hear back 'soon'.
Despite repeated attempts to get in touch with Natalie in the weeks that followed, they went radio silent and presumably went with someone else for the role. This was totally understandable, and I got the impression that the role wasn't really tenable long-term anyway, but a little communication wouldn't have gone amiss! Not a great impression, although I suppose it is easy to ignore people that you know you won't need to deal with again.
I had a terrible experience as a seller with this agency. They have the boss come in and value the place, make the right sounds and give you the spiel then you're passed on to someone else as expected and that's where the service drops. They are incompetent, non communicative, don't come across knowlegable about the current market and will waste your time, effort and cost you a sale. I'd avoid them at all costs. I hardly had viewers through the door and had no concrete offer apart from one utter timewaster who was then stalling to even supply the name of their solicitor. I think they couldn't afford the property and this mob strung me along with this buyer until I called it quits. I would never use them again in a million years. They think selling a property is just sticking it on Rightmove and sitting there doing nothing else to sell it.
I'm currently in the middle of looking for a place for the first time and I got in contact with watersons about a property. I asked them some questions regarding gaurentors "Can I have two people be my guarantors?" They said yes that is completely fine and then booked me a viewing with the place in question for a weeks time. I got to the viewing, looked around and asked the same question to the person showing me around the place just to make sure what the first person said was true and once again they confirmed that I could have two people be my guarantors.
Once I got home I made an application with them for this place I just viewed, the following day they called me to confirm that the details I submitted are correct and during that time I asked a third time about joint guarantors, The person on the again said yes that is it possible. The next day I was looking for similar properies uncase the application fell through and one I was interested in was also with watersons. I rang up asking for a viewing and they asked me the basic questions about income and guarantors. this time the person on the phone said no, this isn't possible and I'm unable to make a viewing, I told them I was confused asking if it's a landlord preference to only have one guarantor and that I've been through this before with watersons and they allowed me to have a viewing and infact have gone through to the application process. They then told me that none of them would have told me that and that I must have been confused as it's the law that only one person can be a guarantor.
Watersons has mishandled this whole thing terribly and caused me stress and has had me angry ever since this happened 2 days ago. I will actively avoid any property tied to them and will tell everyone I know to do the same
Nick at Watersons was highly professional at all times, he really knows his stuff when it comes to renting properties as we had not been landlords for many years. Great service all round and we look forward to working with Nick again once the current tenancy expires.
A big thank you to Helen and all the team at Watersons who assisted in the smooth sale of my property, they were very professional and kept me informed throughout the whole process, I would highly recommend them.
Currently mid chain and unfortunately Watersons are at the top. We should’ve all competed and exchanged on this months ago. Theres been no communication and we’re pushing for exchange only to find out the house at the top is only just having its survey done.
The surveyor has been trying to get in for 2 months (allegedly) but due to illness it has not been achievable. This was not communicated and everyone’s stood around.
I’m now being forced into moving a lot later than planned and on a Monday as it suits their seller and no one else in the chain due to “work commitments”
Incredibly frustrating all around for the lower part of the chain where the top can do as they please and we should be grateful for it. Poor communications all around.
I appreciate house moves are stressful but waiting over 2 months for a simple survey to be completed is appalling. The agent should be assisting to get this over the line or atleast inform the chain.

Having used the services of Watersons, the team has supported us from start to finish.
Communications was spot on, advising of intended and forthcoming viewings and passing on potential buyers feedback for us to view via email or text.
Telephone contact was via the person assigned with dealing with our property in this case Ryan.
I would like to thank the team of people who I dealt with in particular, Danielle, Ryan, Demi, Sarah, Natalie, Kirstie, Lisa and designated viewing representatives, Victoria,Gayle, and apologies if I missed anyone out.
A Outstanding talented Team and Service.

Watersons Rentals of Hale provides excellent services for the property, where my family is living for the past 3 years till now. They are responsive and responsible to any queries/issues upon reporting. Great appreciation especially to dear Dianne, the current Property Manager, who keeps very good communication among the landlord and us with prompt action and advice for any issues raised. Truly satisfied with her team's great services and kind assistance all along.
Very happy to recommend Watersons. The communication and service was excellent at all times. I felt they not only acted in my interests as the seller but also engaged with the purchaser proactively too. I had several quotes and Watersons matched another local agent who came in with a slightly cheaper fee. Thanks to Danielle, Tracy and the whole team.
We recently sold our house in Timperley with Watersons and we could not recommend them enough. Demi was my point of contact throughout the sale and she was excellent. I know this was not the easiest sale but Demi was consistent throughout the process with strong communication and was able to keep us rest assured which demonstrates her clear experience. Thank you Demi! - Sacha.
Couldn't fault them! Friendly, efficient, professional and gave an honest valuation. The house was sold within a week. I will definitely use them again!
