We have used Watersons to buy and sell a number of properties - as well as managing a number which we rent through them. Their service is incredible so much better than 2 other companies we had the displeasure of dealing with in the area. Proactive, polite, no-fuss and super helpful

Exceptional service from Kirstie! A massive thank you for being there from start to finish. As this was a leasehold flat sale I knew it was going to take some time but Kirstie was excellent throughout. I was kept updated at every hurdle and at every turn of the sale process, even when there was no update, Kirstie was in contact letting me know what was going on. Nothing was too much trouble and all my emails were answered in an instant, I was never kept hanging on. We put our house on the market with the Hale office and would highly recommend them. Despite issues at the top of the chain that were out of their control, they secured good offers on our property very quickly both times we listed it. Kirstie worked hard on our behalf to negotiate between the parties and was great throughout. We were always able to get hold of the office without delay whenever we had any queries and each member of the team we spoke to without exception was extremely friendly, helpful and efficient. Excellent service from Watersons. Their support through a protracted sale (no fault of theirs!) was first class. In this regard the senior sales advisor Kirstie was absolutely superb. No hesitation in recommending them.

Ryan and the team handled the sale efficiently and promptly and they are always fast in replying to any queries.
