Login issues
Really found creating a login difficult. Probably made a mistake which then turned into a loop to try to create and then login. Really no help to provide a solution. Eventually it worked.
PS I have worked in IT on and off for 20 years, so do have some understanding of creating a login.

Hard to get claim paid out at 1st but once I was actually put through to an Australian, it was quickly resolved.

Tick helped my 20yr daughter with stressful situation in Bali- thank you!
My daughter 20 yr old and her partner travelled to Bali for the first time and unfortunately had to make a claim. The Tick team were wonderful talking with my daughter on the phone at a very stressful time. They were understanding and efficient. The claim got paid before they left Bali. I was so impressed I've since used them for my travels and will recommend to everyone. Thank you so much for helping a young travelling pair and making a difficult situation better.

Easy to apply for. Good coverage. I haven't traveled yet so I don't know how Tick Travel responds to customers that claim whilst travelling.

Highly Reccomend - Cheap Insurance and Easy Claim Process
I have needed to make two claims with Tick Insurance on two separate trips. The first trip needed to be cancelled prior to departure due to my travelling companion falling ill, and Tick covered all costs for both of us (minus excess), including flights, accommodation, visas, etc.
The second time, I broke my ankle on the first day of my trip, and Tick covered all medical expenses, including ambulance, X-Rays, crutches, medication, and even my taxi back to my hostel from the hospital.
Both times, Tick has been super easy to deal with, and their claims support team is so on-the-ball.
I will be continuing to purchase travel insurance through Tick for every trip. Highly reccommend.
