DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY TO BUY THIS INSURANCE. IT DOES NOT PAY YOU UNLESS THE DELAY IS OVER 12 HOURS！ WASTE OF MY MONEY AND MY TIME. READ THE CLAUSE WHICH IS A 100 PAGES LONG BEFORE YOU BUY THE INSURANCE. IT DOES NOT COVER ANYTHING.

Terrible Experience - Still Waiting for Reimbursement

I had a terrible experience with this company. During my trip, I suffered an accident and needed emergency surgery abroad for a distal radius fracture. The surgery alone cost €4,500, plus other related medical expenses, which I had to pay myself.

I purchased a Top One-Trip policy that clearly states it covers unlimited overseas medical expenses. I submitted all the required documents (hospital reports, invoices, claim form), yet I still haven’t been reimbursed. They haven’t said “no” to my claim — but they also haven’t paid or even replied to my follow-up emails.

At this point, my next step will be to escalate and lodge a complaint with AFCA.

⚠️ DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. When you really need support, they leave you waiting and unprotected.
