Highly recommend this company for those with pre-existing health conditions. They are very good to deal with. I have insured with them since 2017.

Easy to navigate website and deal with pre existing conditions. To have a comparison with Gold Plus and Gold on the same screen while deciding which cover is handy. Quote was quick and good value if you have pre existing conditions.

I called as I was having difficulty finding the product I needed and the person who took my call asked her colleagues to get the directions to what I needed.
It was then simple to complete my application on line

The representative on the phone was professional and very helpful.
Our only dissappointment was the cost. The cost had almost doubled compared to a trip organised a few months ago which was, admittedly for a trip to Italy as apposed to a trip to japan. Having said that it is great to be insured despite of my current health conditions

The forms were reasonably easy to understand and got through it with ease. A couple of very small glitches with text over writing text on my phone.
