Very easy to navigate. Only problem was the website didn't accept the auto-fill of credit card details. It took awhile to work out what the issue was. Manually entering the info worked.

Francis communicated very clearly and as we had quite a few pre existings to disclose was very patient explaining our options. The questions Allclear set were very thorough and we thought the premium reasonable.
We have not traveled yet so will comment later if we make a claim but are confident they will be fair

As I am going on an upcoming holiday over to England and I'm in an older age bracket (60 +) I wanted to be covered by travel insurance that wouldn't cost the earth and wouldn't be too complicated to purchase .
I found the process of purchasing this cover on line to be straight forwards and affordable .

Easy to obtain policy online and then followup issue that the email address was incomplete and need to be corrected to receive policy and schedule. Very helpful over the phone and resolved quickly

As with past policies with AllClear Travel Insurance (Aust), their courteous manner and assistance in answering questions with advice as to the options available has to be commended.
In particular, their Customer Service person Jesslyn was most helpful and made purchasing the necessary cover a delightful experience.

Isabella was a great customer representative, she went through all the questions thoroughly, but was bright and bubbly too. She made sure I understood the limitations, rang back quickly when the line dropped out, and sorted out all my insurance needs. There is one minor condition that I need to have checked, and she will ring me tomorrow when I have found the relevant information. Make sure she is well-valued!

Absolutely WONDERFUL to deal with, and an Australian-based call centre made it even more so! Nicky was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful, with a friendly and warm manner. And to add to this, even my being a “boomer” with a pre-existing condition and about to embark on a worldwide trip including the USA, their pricing was BY FAR the cheapest, most quotes 2-3 times more expensive. I’ve used them before and would highly recommend without qualifications. 10/10

As you are aware people with health problems can find it hard to get travel insurance.
I was helped through the questionnaire process, so everything was answered correctly.
Premium is high for 8 day cruise but I think that would be the case everywhere !!

Well organised and efficient system. However, I travel frequently and have to submit the same information for each application. There is no multi-trip option.
So it is time-consuming and expensive.
