Unprofessional and rude

My son joined this agency about a month ago, and they have been absolutely brilliant. Aaron, the agency representative, has been so supportive, so efficient with the process of getting my son into work. He started almost the very next day, and continues with them. Thank you Aaron.

Well where to start Nicole and Summers there’s no words to thank you enough your help I was really desperate looking for jobs and this amazing souls they just took me in and they are sooo great at them job they took care of all my paperwork like proper professionals they are they treat me with caring and respect I felt like I can work for this agency a life time u girls are amazing at what u do and so fast and they covered everything need it for my application so amazingly honestly there’s no words to thank you enough for you hard an amazing job thanks for choosing me I would never let you down I will be a real pleasure working for this agency thanks to them I appreciate you well done girls 🙌

The company it doesn't make sense. How they work and everything
one day after you worked they tell you are not needed because they don't want to much people and the interview they tell you working full-time the job is on going job this and that and they never full their promises so is missed company i have ever seen

The Best connection in Stockport is by far the best agency I've ever worked for.
They get you into work really quickly, in a consistent position, that leads to contracts. If an assignment isn't working out, they see what else they can find.
You don't feel pressured into the work, like with a lot of agencies.
The pay is always on time, and in full.
They've done nothing but help me, really can't fault them.

I joined Best Connection about 3 weeks ago and they are a great company that respects it's employees and offer flexibe hours.
They are honest with you about the positions and pay. They work diligently with you on finding the right fit for you and the hiring company. They truly do have your best interest at heart and will listen to what you are looking for and work hard to find that.I will highly recommend them.

This is one of the worst people you can work with I work with them and and keep moving me round and keep saying they have work for me and they have work when you ring them they say we don’t have any work

I joined The Best Connection on the back of an advertisement for delivery drivers, I applied and went through a rigorous vetting process, which was good because it showed the employer was serious about me!
Everything the agency said about the job was correct and have been with the employer for 4 weeks now.
I am paid correctly and on time every week.
All in all, it’s been a positive experience for me!

I found a role that they advertised, a quick start in a new place, helpful team

I have worked with this agency from time to time when I don’t have other work, and in the past they have given me shifts without any problems. However, my most recent experience was disappointing.

Today, I went to their office after asking for a job, and they told me there was a cleaning position available. During the interview, the person asked about my previous work. I explained that I had worked in a warehouse doing loading and unloading. He then repeatedly asked what was inside the boxes I moved. I honestly didn’t know, as I just moved sealed boxes that came from overseas. I told him this several times, but he kept asking the same question. In the end, he said he couldn’t offer me the job.

I found the questioning strange and felt that my ability to do the cleaning job had nothing to do with knowing the contents of boxes from my previous warehouse job. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling frustrated and unfairly judged.

I had an awful experience with this company - they don't deserve 1 star but I had to give them that to enable me to leave a review. I have been messed about and lied to for 2 weeks and I still haven't got a job. They would be stringing me along further but I have put a stop to it now. I only wanted a casual job over the summer but that was too much to ask. Avoid like the plague.

My experience has been great specifically with a lady called Nicole, she's very sweet and helpful.

Have now found myself a role, best connection specifically Christina Mell did her utmost to give me opportunities. If I find myself looking for another role I’ll be straight in touch.

1 star because always when I am calling them giving impression ,,sorry,,not time for you I was feeling like this.I just calling them to ask about job wich I am looking for and answer is this,,go to the website and check there,, I know I have to check there I have called thinking they can help me more by phone.I received vague answer.

I applied for a job through this agency last Tuesday. A woman called me on Thursday and did a quick interview. After we talked, she told me she would speak to the manager and call me on Friday morning because she had three jobs and would see which one would be best for me. Well, they didn't call me on Friday, and today is already Wednesday, so I called myself! A man answered and told me he would put my name in the spotlight because there were no other jobs for me at the moment! This is very disrespectful to people, and this has happened at several other employment agencies. I hope these agencies have more respect, more organization, and more consideration for people!

I can only speak about Best Connection Middlesbrough really enjoyed my time working there was really looked after but have decided to call it a day thanks for everything

Recently employed by a well known parcel delivery company,thanks to Emma from Best connection.The hours weren't as promised,but this was dishonesty on the company's side,not Emma or Best connection.Highly recommend both her and the company,got me a job in next to no time.

Absolutely rude! I would not recommend if you are looking for professionalism, good communication and respectful recruitment team. They do not care to help and assist you in order to find a job suitable for you.

Awful recruitment company, lazy and dismissive. You go and cover roles that are not your 'ideal' job to help them out and cover the bills but when any real opportunities come across their desk they don't even submit your CV for the role. They have no care for their temps which should make potential clients aware they won't care about them either. I strongly advise against using The Best Connection either as a temp or as a potential client.
