I had an interview scheduled for 11 AM today, but they hung up after only a few words and rescheduled it for a 3 PM WhatsApp conference. Then at 3:08 PM, I received my first call saying I'd have to wait a while, followed by a barrage of calls asking me to provide additional information. Even so, it's already 5 PM and I still haven't received any feedback. My whole day off has been wasted. (Reading Branch)

Been with best connection for 3 years they have always been really professional and helpful especially Tom at the Ipswich branch who is always available when needed

Never use this company... they show you the job.. After that they say they will put you on a start date.. ive never recieved any start date and they keep making excuses up when the start date is.. The staff get paid for making you register so they get your details and documents.. Then ring you up offering you work that is not the job you went for and nobody else will do.. AVOID AND STAY AWAY

We were approached by one of their representatives about using their drivers. At the time we were happy with our existing supplier, but we decided to give them a try. They sent a driver and everything seemed fine.

A couple of months later we suddenly received a debt recovery letter. This was the first time we had heard anything about an outstanding balance. We immediately called them and explained that we had never received any invoices from them. Once they finally sent the invoices through, we paid them straight away.

A few weeks later we discovered they had placed a CCJ on our company file, simply because we did not pay the debt management fees that had been added. If the invoices had been sent to us in the first place, this situation would never have happened.

For any companies considering using their services, please be aware of how they operate.

After reading this review, if Best connections would like to contact us directly for more information, that’s absolutely fine. We have called them multiple times trying to resolve this issue, but each time we are told that “someone in head office is dealing with it,” with no actual resolution.

The team at best connection are a very rare bunch to come by. They communicate well, support wherever they can and are very understanding. They will always do their best to ensure you're given jobs and hours you're comfortable with. Caroline is absolutely such a great person to be able to work along side, all of the team are. I recommend this agency to any businesses looking for hard working, caring agency staff because we all give 100%.

Dodgy as hell,
Firstly they will straight up lie and tell you that there’s a good chance at permanent employment even though there isn’t, will not give full details of jobs, when asked for details of the job (pay, shift times and patterns, rules) was told instead that “they’re similar to last one” what a joke! Finally, they will assign you to jobs without ur knowledge, sending u a single text about it, not asking if you are willing to work this job, and if you dare decline because something else my have popped up or simply ur checking out ur options, well good luck bc they will terminate you and tell you “go find a job somewhere else” incredibly unprofessional and dodgy, FIND A DIFFERENT AGENCY!!!

I was in process of desperating looking for any income when I was laid-off from my previous employer. I made a phone call to Best Connection and had a pleasure to speak to Diane. She found me a role in my area from the spot, same day I registered and now I am on full time with that employer. I am thrilled with how things went on. Always available and they will do their best to get you a role! Spot on!

Worst agency I’ve ever worked for. Multiple occasions of my wage being lower than it should be. Would only let me use 6 hours holiday when I work 10 hours a day.

Then to top it off I left best connection on 08/08/2025 and didn’t receive my holiday pay until 07/11/2025. Then they stated my P45 from 27/10/2025.

Wouldn’t Reccomend !

Im going into my 3rd year with them and as a seasonal worker once im available for work Rob is on hand to find me work. Never had any issues, everything is always well explained work place, dates, times & pay.
