She has helped me get an interview, and helped me prepare the interview.
She helped me with my confidence and nerves going in, and thankfully i landed the job. I am so grateful too have had louise help me through it!!
Disclosed Personal Information
I applied for a Job then received email asking to Register with Blue Arrow. Blue Arrow requested bank details and Job References even before being offer the interview. When I submitted my registration my line manager was emailed and asked for a reference , again, this is before i had an interview and before i had handed my notice in at my current employer - this is a disgrace on Blue Arrows part for disclosing confidential information. There is no contact number for blue arrow - is this a fake website???
Not great they contact you about work…
Not great they contact you about work then you call them back to progress with it then they ghost you. Which is very annoying . I can land a job easy by myself i usually get return call directly from the employer the day after i applied and 8 tines out of 10 been offered the job. Recruitment agencies dont even have the nerve to ring you back and say it didnt work out you know so you can apply elsewhere of any agency doesnt call me back i refuse to work with them

Rating 3 because I’m kinda in the middle. I can relate to all the bad reviews and I can also relate to the good ones. Lately, it’s been so difficult getting shifts and when you apply for the available ones, you have to call the consultants back to back. Sometimes, they ask to call back and update you, but they never do or even take your call. I had an experience with a particular lady(in Sutton branch) who was rude to me and hung up immediately she figured I was the one calling again.
Some consultants are really nice and helpful like Janos, Arti and Mirela in the Edgware branch. Rickey, Catherine Ward and Ben Fox were also amazing.
Overall, the company is okay, though getting shifts sometimes is very difficult.

To be fair I have worked for blue arrow since November 2024 and they have always looked after me and kept me very busy with work. Yes jobs do go wrong and shifts get cancelled but it is normally the clients messing around. I would recommend them as I get on very well with the Eastbourne branch and Maidstone branch. And it also fits in very well with my lifestyle

Excellent service, app could be better
I used Blue Arrow for the first time in Sept 2025 and was impressed by the response time as most agencies do not even bother to reply and one does not know whats happened. Found an interesting opportunity and applied, Jordan kept in touch and promptly assisted with any queries and onboarding. Along the way there were a few issues as expected but each time it was addressed and resolved including when I was so exasperated with my role that I wanted to quit. Jordan interacted with me and the client to resolve any misunderstanding. Only issue was when I first asked for how many holiday hours I would accrue till end of year, that time I was sign posted to the handbook which was unhelpful, especially as I joined the role midyear, a response with a numeric figure based on contracted hours(if worked without unpaid off days) ) would have been helpful. As holidays would be use it or lose it at end of holiday year. The app could be better if it shows holiday hours accrued till date.

I can see from the other reviews I must have found a diamond in the rough. I can not fault the help, service and communication received from Vanessa. She secured me a position within 48 hours of initial contact and worked tirelessly to meet the client demands of references and background checks to ensure that I was inducted in time for the next wave of agency staff. I was paid correctly and promptly. Vanessa was always approachable and available. A great credit to Blue Arrow.

I’ve had a very positive experience working with Blue Arrow. The company is professional, supportive, and genuinely cares about its drivers. Communication is clear, shifts are arranged thoughtfully, and they do their best to support a healthy work–life balance.
I’d especially like to mention Benn Laverick, who has been outstanding. He is approachable, responsive, and always puts real effort into arranging work that fits around personal commitments. Whenever any issues arise, Benn follows them up promptly and responds quickly, which really makes a difference.
I’m very grateful for the support I’ve received and would happily recommend Blue Arrow to others.

Start messaging me out the blue saying about jobs when I've not asked for them. Told them not interested don't need it then subsequently say we can message some to pique your interest. Scam company clearly reported and blocked.
They've already been done by the courts several years ago as it was in the news online so please avoid company.

Dissapointing really
They initially offer shifts, but these are often cancelled later, sometimes for an entire week. Shifts are communicated via messages and email, and even after accepting them, the requests may be declined. Additionally, the company frequently offers shifts that are far from home, with very low pay.
These agencies should do better not only to sit in their offices or home.
