Great facility, amazing staff. Found exactly the storage space I needed. Highly recommended!

Great locations and experience, sometimes the location wouldn't work with the elevator so could make the elevator access slow (would eventually work though). I was unaware that my size rental had limited access hours and was surprised I couldn't access my unit outside of business hours but if you are more aware than I then it shouldn't be an issue. Great experience overall.

That’s a great stuff

It was my Sister who sent me the link to register with STOREX in Cricklewood. I'm pleased to say the staff who work their are honest, polite and helpful and also at times when possible they have gone above and beyond to help me when needed. For example the first Unit I was storing my personal belongings in after roughly a month their was a technical issue with the alignment of the lock, which was frustrating and inconvenient. But I informed George and he reported and raised this problem on my behalf the technical problem with the alignment of the lock. Another example of George going above and beyond for me was when he helped me to move my personal belongings from my old unit to my new Unit. The new unit was bigger. Also last weekend Rianne the Deputy Manager had helped me to Reset my new password on my STOREX app, which makes life much easier when I need to get access in to my new Unit space. I feel generally the service I am and have been receiving is amazing. Over all I feel the staff are kind, genuine, understanding as well as helpful and supportive. As a customer I'm receiving a very good service.

Raj, Raj, Raj! You are definitely the heartbeat of Storex! ❤️

My partner booked a storage unit with Raj when the Sunbury site first opened, and honestly, he has been absolutely amazing from day one.

We went through a really difficult period with a lot of personal and financial problems, and Raj helped us more than he probably realises. He never made us feel pressured or uncomfortable. Instead, he genuinely listened and guided us, even helping us realise that downsizing our unit was the right thing for us financially.

There was one day when everything became too much for me and I was in tears. Raj sat me down, made me a lovely coffee, told me to relax and breathe, and just took the time to talk to me. His way of helping people is honestly unexplainable. He reminded me that life carries on, and somehow we ended up talking about the chilli plants he had growing in the store! 🌱🌶️

He gave me a dried chilli and told me to take the seeds home and grow them — saying that life continues. I took those seeds home, and I can happily say my chillies have grown HUGEEEE! 😂🌶️

Even with something as simple as boxes, Raj was looking out for us. He told us not to buy loads straight away and to start with a few and take it from there. It might seem like a small thing, but those little moments showed us that he genuinely cared about helping us rather than simply making a sale.

Raj is a huge asset to Storex. I honestly think he has a real gift for helping people, especially when they are going through difficult times. He has been kind, patient, understanding and genuinely supportive throughout our time there.

We have now left the store, and unfortunately Raj wasn't there when we did, but I really wanted to take the time to write this because he always used to tell us, "Please leave us a review!" 😂

Thank you so much, Raj, for everything. Me and my other half genuinely wish you continued success in your career. You deserve it!

It was a great experience from phoning up for the storage facility to visiting the site and seeing the rooms and then signing up for the the unit... Bart was especially attentive and focused to my needs and was very professional. I would recommend Storex at Brentford to others.

Good facility. Generally very good service except that Store Protect was incorrectly charged. Full refund was given.

Nice safe facility, friendly staff.
Had some issues with price changes after joining and being signed up to an additional service I didn’t agree to (and complicated to sort).
Very clean and well cared for space, no mess, dirt or smells . Parking usually fine.

The staff were all good accept that I wasn't shown the sizes of the units . That would have given me the right choice I needed to store my goods . I had to accept a unit that was too big and had to pay a large amount for the wrong size I needed. Other storage providers allowed me to see and also suggest what I needed in terms of size. Other than that everything was alright. It would be also nice to have a storex storage systems to be available in streatham, norbury or surrounding areas , gives more choice for customers ;and storex prices are reasonable and will be good for business

The units are spotless & it always feels very secure
