We had a lovely experience at Shining Diamonds, The Lanes, Brighton. We had two custom made rings created, an engagement ring and eternity ring. Joby was professional, knowledgeable and guided us through the process carefully. We are so delighted with our purchases, the quality is lovely. I was looked after in the most professional and expert manner by Clarice when first buying my fiancé engagement ring and then on our next visit for the wedding rings and subsequently on purchasing diamond earrings. Clarice was extremely helpful, friendly and also took the time to share her expertise on diamond selection and grading with me, she wasn't trying to get a sale it was more about me being satisfied with my choices.

The eventual purchase was seamless and easy and his aftersales service has been exemplary. I can't recomend highly enough. Tara was very welcoming, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. She took the time to explain the 4 C’s in detail and made sure we fully understood everything before making any decisions. We were also given the opportunity to view the diamond properly before purchase, which gave us real confidence in what we were buying.

Even when the CAD design didn’t quite look how we had imagined, Joby reassured us—and he was absolutely right. The final ring was exactly what she had always dreamed of.
