I've worked with Charlie, who provided such great service from start to finish. I discovered a missing diamond in my engagement ring and he handled the situation with the utmost care, ensuring it was promptly and flawlessly fixed. Beyond that he was patient with me while he helped me design my wedding band to match my engagement ring. At no time did i ever feel pressured, the entire experience was seamless and stress-free, and I couldn't be happier with how beautifully everything turned out!

My husband and I visited the Brighton store looking for a wedding anniversary gift. Charlie was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I am extremely happy with my new ring. Will definitely be coming back and recommending.

I was looking at engagement rings online and came across these guys Julianne From the Hatton Gardens store contacted me and helped me all the way communication was truly amazing all the way through! After receiving the ring back up in the midlands the customer care she gave me was outstanding! I had to have the ring resized and she made it all happen! Communication with her was really easy, specially if you are overseas and went above and beyond to assist me remotely. She was really patient, guide me through the entire purchase process with professionalism and care, help me feel confident with my decision and kept me informed at all times. Customer service was outstanding, truly appreciated and highly recommended! Also, the ring is beautifully made and fits perfectly. I would definitely buy here again (this is my third purchase).
