Great team, threesome worked well. Wondered why one had to take photos of front entrance and passage then location of site for furniture, when they delivered through back entrance via garden. Handy... See more

The sales man was realy good listening to what we wanted showed us a couple of different sofas and explained what it did
The delivery team kept me informed of ETA.
On arrival they were quick, friendly and efficent.
Good service, never felt pushed into buying and was given good support and advice

i found staff very helpful and would recommend poltronesofa to friends and work collegues
The young lady was very attentive and knowledgeable about everything we wanted to know
What an experience really impressed with the knowledge and time allocated to us just having a look.
We had been to DFS in Derby poor service drove to Giltbrook to go to the DFS only to see Poltronesofa. On entry beautiful smell and just happy friendly staff who know their thing. Purchased a beautiful sofa can’t wait for it to arrive.
Delivery service was excellent. Sales staff were extremely helpful. Delivery dates weren’t all that accurate.
Ordered furniture 6th April, planned delivery date 31st July. Received emails and text messages the day before and on the day confirming planned delivery with estimated times. I organised the donation of my existing furniture for the same day to accommodate the new furniture.
Received call after delivery window to confirm the delivery is not possible, offering delivery the following week, 4 days after the original date. I asked the distribution centre if there are good
will gestures or partial refunds due to delayed delivery, I was told to ring the local store, the store told me to ring head office but there are no options to speak to head office.
Disappointed the delivery was cancelled after the allotted time, we have no furniture for 4 days, and I was passed around the various teams with no response to potential reimbursements
Jamie was polite and informative offering excellent advice. Thank you for all your help
Beth was extremely knowledgeable and helpfull and the whole experience was easy and straight forward. Iwould recommend poltronesofa Cheltenham to anyone.A five star service.
The 2gentlemen did the job -not very pleasant and engaging in personality.i pointed out marks on leg of sofa-one took a photo and said he’d document it and he’d forward it to pelotron store-prior to signing I again asked if he’d documented it -I haven’t seen evidence he has. Very disappointing.
I ordered a cream sofa in December. I was sent a teal one. Eight months later, I still do not have a matching, correct product.
What followed the initial error was a succession of failures so extraordinary I still cannot quite believe they happened:
Damage to my communal hallway and my neighbour's door during the first delivery attempt - scraped walls and a huge gouge down the door - in a property I had only just moved into.
The order arrived mismatched from the outset: the correct arms were sent, but paired with the wrong body.
A redelivery booked for 28 January that never arrived, with no notice and no explanation.
Repeated unanswered calls to the distribution centre - including attempts made by ScS's own customer service, who also could not reach them.
A second delivery on 6 February that the crew refused to complete, having parked too far away and arrived without the equipment required for the job.
Repeated assurances that the matter had been escalated to an area manager who never once made contact.
Confirmation in March that the distribution centre had lost the sofa entirely.
In an effort to resolve matters amicably, I offered to keep the wrong (teal) sofa and simply take matching teal arms - sparing everyone the removal of one sofa and the delivery of another, and avoiding further damage to my property. This was, incidentally, the very sofa ScS had tried to sell me at a discount. When the arms finally arrived, they too were the wrong colour.
Throughout, the burden of resolving ScS's own failures fell to me. I was left chasing updates, coordinating between a store and a depot that did not appear to communicate, and receiving conflicting information about how the matter would be resolved. What should have been a simple exchange became a eight-month exercise in managing a company's logistics on its behalf - and even when I bent over backwards to make it easy for them, they still managed to send the wrong colour.
I will acknowledge that Kris at the Glasgow branch was courteous and candid - he described the situation himself as "embarrassing" for a business of this size. I do not doubt his sincerity. But individual goodwill cannot compensate for an operation that dispatches the wrong product, fails to deliver, damages a customer's home, loses the order, and then - given a second chance to send a single correct part - gets that wrong too.
It is now the end of July, and I am left with a sofa that has a teal body and cream arms. For a purchase of this value, the standard of service has been indefensible, and the casual manner in which it has been handled is, frankly, worse than the errors themselves.
I would advise anyone considering ScS to look elsewhere.
When visiting your Solihull store we were greeted by an extremely nice sales assistant. He was very polite when we entered the store he made us feel very comfortable while just browsing the sofas and left us just to look saying he would be there if we needed any help.
Very welcoming and helpful staff.
Explained the different type of fabrics and leather options.
Introduced me to various sale options.
The staff had a great knowledge about each product I looked at and because of this I purchased a beautiful corner sofa.
The tracking was accurate.
Delivery staff were polite and very good at assembling sofas.
We were left alone to check sofa's out but felt we could ask questions when required. The sales rep presented us with options with colour and design of the sofa we chose. Also he confirmed that everything was correct with a senior colleague. He also offered us cold fresh water which was very welcome on a very hot day we visited.
Very satisfied with the salesman everything went smoothly
Delivery was perfect sofa is beautiful but it arrived damaged and am still waiting on someone calling me about a replacement not happy
