Purchased a new car from Liam. Great service, incredibly helpful and kind character.

Found a gorgeous car on Reynolds website, made an enquiry and got a text straight away from Liam who said he would be there to help me and that he did.
From start to finish, Liam has been fantastic.
Went and viewed the car, got a fantastic welcome from Liam when arriving. Went for a test drive and loved it.
In less than a week, I'm now driving my dream car. Lots of communication from Liam throughout and nothing was to much trouble. I wasn't rushed or pushed to purchase the car at all, it was all done very smoothly and speaking to Liam was like speaking with a friend not a car salesman.

My experience with Reynolds has been excellent from start to finish. The customer service i received from Liam was 10/10 he made the whole process very easy and quick.

I found the car I liked and in the same day I was able to go and have a look. Jesse was really friendly and helpful and answered any questions. I went ahead and bought the car and am really happy with it. The service there was spot on and I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car.

Worse experience I have ever had buying a car.
Purchased an Audi S1 in March 2023 and part exchanged my car as part of the process. No MOT was added to the car at the point of sale, within a month the car was already requiring drastic repair because their was a coolant leak and I had to replace the clutch and flywheel because the previous owner had remapped the car and fitted incompatible parts. The car has now failed its MOT and I am still trying to get the car repaired so its actually usable, 7 months on from purchase. I have spent over £8k on repairs for a car that was listed at £16k, Reynolds showed no remorse and were not willing to admit any fault and said these issues could have happened at any time, which is strange considering the car was only driven less than 50 miles within 2 weeks of purchase. I wish I had never gone there as I am stuck with a dud of car that is just bleeding me dry.

Further to the comments from the garage even if I had purchased the extended warranty that still would not have covered the repairs I needed to perform within 6 weeks of purchasing the car. Even if issues could apparently arise so quickly that doesn't negate the fact they sold a car that was remapped therefore not factory standard without any notification of this. To say the car would have been in excellent condition at the time of purchase is beyond a joke when it had an incompatible clutch fitted, was remapped and had a coolant leak.

The lack of accountability and customer service is actually shocking, mistakes can of course happen but to refuse to admit fault is awful. I'm genuinely disgusted how I've been treated by Reynolds.

Been looking for another Q5 for over a year but nothing really caught my eye.
Went here last week and feel in love with one.

The experience with RMG was great, smooth transaction and there was clear communication all throughout. They have catered to what I needed and wanted to have in a car and has helped repair the problems in the car prior to closing the deal. Adam was approachable, friendly and took his time in helping us achieve what I wanted. Overall a nice experience and prompt service. 5 stars for me.

Had a very smooth experience with Reynolds Motor Group, especially with Grant! I already had my eyes on two cars from the website so I went in to query more. After putting a tiny deposit down on the one I wanted, Grant literally did all the work, I was slightly worried about whether I’d get accepted for finance but Grant literally did what needed to be done for me, I didn’t have to personally deal with anyone, one of the smoothest car buying experiences I’ve ever had. The car is in amazing condition and was ready for pick up once all was approved. During the whole process Grant constantly gave great advise and made sure it was something affordable for me. The only car dealership I will deal with moving forward if I’m honest, very happy customer!

Grant was so helpful, he had patience with my fussiness and ordered me the perfect car in and made sure it was ready for me to pick up the week after. It was painless and easy - couldn’t recommend more!

What a lovely bunch of guys. Never fail to deliver everything is simple and stress free they put your interest first and do get you good deals . I’ve been with these guys for 2 years and they always put the customers first and are very helpful .
