I look for a car and found it on the Web site and with in mins I got the car and the car was ready by the next day has all the paperwork and everything else what needed to be done to the car to be on the road to make sure it was road worth and very friendly people to deal with and never put pressure on me make me fell welcome would recommend to go here if you need a car very fast service

Absolutely brilliant company. Helpful, understanding and nothing too much trouble. We reserved a car with Grant but were let down on the sale of our previous vehicle. The car was kept for us for a length of time that no other company would even consider to allow us ample time to try and sell it. We were so grateful to Grant. There was never any pressure. I can’t recommend Grant and this company enough.

Further to my last review i tried to contact RMG today to discus the review i left..but was put onto chat line...the operator was vety unhelful..i was going to ammend my review slightly as regards to being turned down although my credit score is not that good atm

My advice of the cars they have being well overpriced..most have bad history if you look on the Gov..mot history site

Please be careful..and if in the unlikely caser that you will be accepted..check out the car...check the interest rate and total payable..even with bad credit i'm not prepared to pay 6K for a car i can buy a better example private for half the price and only have to pay much lower interest from my bank..who passed me straight away !

Avoid this company!! Nothing but unprofessional unless you want car finance!

Traded back my Q5 that had endless problems in for a S3 only to have endless problems. Housing thermostat, Water pump, gear box knocking noise from drive to reverse, Haldex issues (Rear Diff Clutch pump). Also sold with Excessive wear on break discs and pads god knows how this passed a MOT from their own garage. Not to mention I had my young kids in this car!

Managed to get the car returned by speaking with Citizens advise and raising a complaint with the finance company. Once car was returned it was back on the Basildon forecourt 2 days later and still is up for sale so please don’t be fooled into buying this car.

Still awaiting my £2000 deposit that hasn’t been returned after nothing but Arrogance from the Branch manager, lies from the salesman and lack of consideration for the car safety that was carrying my children.

Also the Mechanic down at their Shoebury workshop is far from competent working on cars dealing with MOT’s, repairs ect.

Please think twice before buying from this outfit!

During the process of my purchase, Lee was very patient with me. He took time to explain the process and how it worked to me as it was my first finance car. He showed me how the car works and took me on a test drive. He also sent me a text messages to check and see whether the car was running ok.
