Huge fan of Protyre Poole
Huge fan of Protyre Poole, it’s important to have trust when you’re not the expert. The team are always professional, polite, friendly and respectful. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Women on their own especially need somewhere that feels safe and comfortable and this is it!

Air con regas failed. Oil reading on failure reflected catastrophic levels - research highlight cause likely due to technical error in levels input at initial regas.
Full refund received with signpost to have full check of system.

Tyre repair
Popped in on my way home as my tyre pressure monitor went off. Turns out I had a nail lodged in the tyre. Mandy and Scott were on hand to fit me in straight away and sort the problem out. Luckily for me it was repair rather than a new tyre. I’ve been using Protyre for a fair number of years now. All the staff are so friendly and will go above and beyond to help. Cannot praise them enough.

Booked in for air con regas
Booked in for air con regas, couldn’t get the part so I had to order myself then rebook when I had the part. Rebooked for the fitting and regas and the car makes a loud noice whenever I put on the air con on. Rebooked for Friday to hopefully sort out in the meantime I am unable to use the air con so not great.
