These people are awesome! I placed my order on Thursday morning and the tent arrived the very next day. They even included a groundsheet and a tent repair kit in the bundle. I bought the Vango Sierra 500 poled tent and would definitely recommend it!
I contacted customer service as I wanted to be sure I'll get the tent before Friday afternoon and they were extremely proactive and helpful. 5-star rating from me.

Vango Sherwood 400XL pole tent
I recently ordered and received a new tent, and accessories, a Vango Sherwood 400XL pole tent from Outdoor World Direct. My order was processed promptly and I was even contacted by Fiona to check a couple of details with me, which I was very impressed by. The service from Outdoor World Direct was very good, as was the bundle offer which was available for my order. I am now on holiday in the new tent and it’s excellent!

Air awning replacement tube.
I needed a replacement tube for my air awning. A Google search brought up Outdoor world Direct. Their price was good, ordering was straightforward, I was kept informed throughout and delivery was fast.
