Good quality chairs

Ordered with Outdoor World Direct a few times now and cannot find any fault with them at all. When a pre ordered item had not come in yet, I was contacted to be informed and was updated regularly. Also, they were extremely helpful when I had accidentally doubled item orders. I only noticed when two items showed up when I only ordered one. Contacted their team and they were great in getting me refunded and organised for the doubled up items to be returned. Will continue to shop with them for a long time to come!!!
