Great service and communication

After a quick Google search for some awning poles I needed and a Chatgbt review A and E leisure came up as recommended.
They had exactly what I wanted at a good price so placed an order. The order was processed quickly and dispatched that day. The poles arrived within the quoted delivery window.
So very happy with all aspects of dealing with this company and would definitely recommend.

Only a small purchase for myself and some friends but a very quick turnaround. Delivery was spot on as well.

First class service from A&E but fedex tracking was very haphazard -
1st message said delivery would be between 9.20 am and 13.20pm 9/4/26 -waited in but no delivery
2nd message - would be delivered by 10pm - no delivery
This message was still showing after midnight
Goods delivered about 9pm 10/4/26 not a real problem but did not find tracking helpful

Another purchase from A & E Leisure what can I say another great service. Browsed through awnings online, wanted a small compact one for easier management for weekend trips. Amazed by the variety offered. Once a decision was made popped into basket on bank holiday Monday evening and received my purchase Wednesday morning. Excellent service. Was kept updated about delivery throughout.

Can’t fault these guys. Matched a discount and threw in a freebie that other sellers were offering after using their online chat service. Awning ordered and dispatched Friday, delivered the following Tuesday to N.I. A very reasonable £15 delivery charge applied in comparison to as much as £75! from some other big online sellers who clearly just see £££ when they hear BT postcode. Highly recommend
