A few days after placing order
When the item arrived, we realised it was not fit for purpose.We tried to return, contacted them several times but no responses and the returns process is extremely difficult.
A total waste of money.
Sadly, at the same time, I receive lots of junk mail from them regularly, they aren't interested in accepting returns , even though it is unused unopened.

These people are awesome
These people are awesome! I placed my order on Thursday morning and the tent arrived the very next day. They even included a groundsheet and a tent repair kit in the bundle. I bought the Vango Sierra 500 poled tent and would definitely recommend it!
I contacted customer service as I wanted to be sure I'll get the tent before Friday afternoon and they were extremely proactive and helpful. 5-star rating from me.
