Gave a 4 star because of the easy…

Gave a 4 star because of the easy access to the site and so far seems straightforward. Hopefully that carries on in the future. Also got a courtesy phone call from a guy AA5. checking if everything was ok.

Brilliant customer service

Brilliant customer service. Big shout out for Ria who was clear concise and understanding of my needs. Her knowledge made it easy for me to make my decisions on how to proceed with my policies.

Negative experience all round TBH

Negative experience all round TBH, from the slow response from underwriters to the unhelpful and coercive one call staff, will not be recommending.

Glad I never had to submit a claim - I can only imagine how that would go..

Total ripoff

Total ripoff, the app is so limited Unlike other insurers you can't actually make changes on the app and they charge a small fortune as a fee every time you have to make minor amendments over the phone.TOTAL CON ARTISTS.

Change Address

I wanted to change my address nothing more.
However, I was unable to do this on my account page and was directed to the online chat system. Again, I was unable to complete the task using this method so had to wait for a real person to talk with via chat.
Once we'd managed to complete the task it cost me £4.99 for the privilege and wasted 30 mins of my time.
Not a great service and I'm on the Platinum Policy scheme. My wife is with a different company (Tesco) and they provide a change of address for free.
