New customer and needed to resolve an error. I spoke to Abbey (ar3) who was very friendly and patient with me. She resolved the issue promptly and made my concerns resolved with ease.

Ps1 was the associate I dealt with. She was efficient, helpful and polite. She gave clear information and I was happy with the quote and went ahead with the insurance.

Like all these companies they do not klist contact e mail or telephone numbers and it takes a lot of effort to get to a human. Once there matters are relatively simple to solve. Should be easier.
